It is nice to have a simple option for people who live far away from visa emission government offices. The process went fairly smooth with a few snags. It doesn't get 5 starts because: - they could be more clear with the requirements for the passport scan. My process was delayed a whole day because I didn't realize they wanted a high definition, color scan of the passport. - the 3-day rush fee doesn't guarantee you will get a visa in 3 days. They depend on how fast government approves the VISA. I would use this service again. it saved time.

Expected a turnaround of 5 or 6 days, took 3 and a half weeks. Visa received the day before travel, was prepared to leave without it! There were many emails requesting further information over the weeks, when all could have been provided easily in one hit if they had have just sent me a list, rather than requesting one document at a time. A processing delay from the governments side didn’t help matters. On a good note though, the communication from representatives was excellent, very polite and and very prompt. They reassured me that I would get my visa in time, which I did - just!

Your format is good, but I missed uploading my photos the first time I visited your site.I was only able to upload the photos with the help of the online chat. I also needed the chat to download my processed visas.Otherwise everything went smoothly.

Altogether a great experience, as much as applying for a tourist visa can be a great experience that is. Uploading the documents is a little longer than expected (few seconds instead of instantaneous) but overall, this is such a great experience versus having to go to a consulate! And timing wise, it exceeded the committed turn around time.

I had a strange case where my hair in my passport photo was long and my current hair is short. Oddly enough I was randomly selected for further screening and spoke to someone at IVisa about it. I paid for the ivisa on February 28th and I wanted expedited shipping which is 2 days and like 11hrs I believe, basically 3 business days. I was flying out to Brazil on March 5th at 9:55pm. I had a connection flight from Dallas to jfk and jfk to Brazil. I never got it on the 5th which is the 3rd business day. I ended up getting the ivisa on the 6th. I had to go to the Brazilian consulate in New York to get my visa before my flight at 9:55pm. I had to go through so much trouble so I wouldn’t miss my flight. I will never recommend ivisa to anyone.

Ivisa was amazing. We planned a cruise to Brazil and Argentina that was sailing in two weeks. We were worried about the time fram to get a Brazil Visa.
