An easy way to get a visa. They were a bit delayed in letting me know that my photo was rejected, but otherwise very nice to deal with.

They would not accept the "official passport" pictures that we had to purchase specifically for the I visa (an extra cost). I had to fill out duplicate piece of paper (not notarized) stating that our daughter could leave the country with one parent after already submitting one that was notarized. Seemed like a very unorganized system.

I would like to suggest that the Brazilian visa does not accept pictures of people wearing glasses, so I had to fill out a new form with my picture not wearing my glasses which meant an additional delay. Other than that I was very satisfied!

Easy application process and excellent response time (one day.) Only issue is the visa is difficult to print in its entirety, portions at the bottom are visible but do not print, and the visa is positioned to the right of the page which makes the OCR almost not printable. Ivisa needs to correct the image and printing function. I will be interested to know if they do this.

I uploaded my passport as requested, then had to upload an additional picture as described per the instructions. First picture was unacceptable, (no valid reason, just not good). Second attempt I couldn’t upload at all. I don’t understand why you need to upload an additional photo if you upload a valid passport. The chat line rep wasn’t very helpful either and didn’t offer much assistance either. The process was very frustrating and way too time consuming.

The uploading of the documents was easy but the breakdown came with the poor communication of different team members responding to your application. There should be an assigned person and consistency, i responded with all information required but was asked to send the same thing 3x, when was told it was received, by different representatives. I called to verify information and 1 hour later the information was asked to be resent or was denied.

I haven't made my trip to Brazil yet but so far so good! The process for applying and receiving your Visa is quick and easy! It's also cheaper than visiting the consulate. The only thing left to do is get through customs.

I have received zero updates on my very urgent Visa request. I would expect atleast some kind of notification, especially since I have clearly said that I'd have to cancel the trip if I did not get a Visa in time.
I want to download my Visa but have trouble doing this. It says you can download the visa, but I can't figure out how to download the visa. I just go back and forth between two screens, On the screen "Travel Visa Applications," if I click on the order#, then it takes me to the screen "Processed Orders/ Completed orders" where it tells me "You can also download it." and that is what I want to do.
