I’ve never had a visa process that went so quickly and efficiently. From the initial application, to the uploading of documents, through the receipt of the final approval, the entire process was very quick and painless.
It took 3 weeks to get all visas and didn't get the last one until the day we left. Staff wasn't rude but everyday I dealt with a different person and I had to explain the situation every time.

I looked into getting the visa via vsfevisa. Spent so much time trying to download the documents they requested and dealing with the site that kept hanging. This was a very frustrating experience. I was asked to resend multiple documents, some three times. Despite following the instructions, my pictures and documents were repeatedly not accepted. And, the price advertised, almost doubled after you fill in all the paperwork. It's was ten times easier to get my passport, then get this Visa to Brazil. Then when I was finally approved, I couldn't print the document from home because the barcode came out completely black. Had to pay another $30.00 to get my Visa's mailed. That brought the total to almost $400. I wouldn't recommend iVisa to anyone. Horrible experience.

I was pleased with the experience except one small problem. When I was asked to submit scan of parent passports the instructions stated that a picture with cell phone would not suffice. I submitted 3 different scans that were rejected. I then tried the cell phone picture, and it was accepted.

Wow! The agency were on top of our visa submission process. There was a hiccup on the process and the agency were standing by assisting, clarifying the issue and given advice along the way. It was definitely worth the extra fee to apply via the agency. Our visa got approved faster than i anticipated. IVisa has very efficient working team members. We definitely will be using them again.
Quick response and much easier than I thought. As far as some of the reviews mentioning difficulty with uploading photos and passport? I did not have the same experience. I followed the links to the videos explaining how to upload your passport and passport photo. All stated clearly and in simple fashion and it was accepted the first time I submitted it. I was approved in less than a week. Great service!
