I thought the document ivisa was going to provide was a proof of vaccine or a validation of the vaccine I have taken here in the US. Instead they filed out a document you can get on Google, which I did earlier in the day before receiving the document ivisa provided. Which isn't even a document, it's a questionnaire about your flight plans, health, etc. Don't waste your money!!

after i read the information from their website i believe i can obtain the brazil travelers health declaration as soon as possible with maybe 10 to 15 days validity however i still have to wait because they said brazil does not accept request that early and this was not part of the information on their website however everything were great except two and about the information and delayed response during the most important date.

Got my visa real fast, paid extra to get it fast & was approved a lot faster than expected.
This company charge you for fee on top of visa fee but can’t complete visa service and you are still charged for two fees.

Always Delayed I have applied for two visas and promptly received an email for both applications that had the title "Delayed Order". Their first excuse was that they had been experiencing heavy traffic and due to technical issues they were taking longer than normal to process applications. Their second excuse was that it appeared that the government channels have been experiencing heavy traffic and are taking longer than normal to process applications. These seem conveniently similar to each other. I wonder how many more canned "heavy traffic" delay excuses they have. I'll never know because I won't use them again. Next time I will use ItsEasy.
On my second trip to Brazil, they told me the picture I gave them was "not natural." This was the same picture I had just been given a visa with. I sent them a selfie. "Too blurry." Another selfie. "Still too blurry." I looked at it; I could count the pores on my nose. I dunno, maybe this person needs eyeglasses?

Stated that the visa would be complete within 7 days, had a countdown from first submission for the 7 days. I submitted the visa information around 10 am on friday. We had a long weekend because of memorial day, on tuesday at around 12 pm the visa was ready. the total time was about 4 days 2 hours. Brazil will no longer need visas for USA citizens in Late June so I am one of the last to get a visa..
