The application for the visa was very easy to submit. The problem is with the ibot chat and getting the right help/answers. Puts you into that typical loop with no answer. Finally able to contact a real person(s) to help correct a submitted application. The first person told me that I would need to resubmit an application and pay the fees again. Got disconnected and called back and connected to a different person who was very helpful and able to immediately correct my application.
The process was as quick as it could have been, given the problems I had in scanning my passport. I had to do that a number of times, but finally seceded.

I apply for me and my daughter my IVisa was delivered on time but my daughter was delivered today which Iβm very happy and thankful for helping with the hiccups in the last 5 days. This part of getting extra paperwork was stressful managing extra time and money. Notary can be cost if not planning. Which Iβve been 4 times. Another part was that the app at beginning was easy but as you have to enter scanning photo and passport can be a hassle and frustrating after few tries. So I will suggest organizing all paperwork before enter the app after you pay for your application. Overall it was some work but do it ahead of your plan time 2 to 3 months before so if you need any extra paperwork for minor and need visit a notary you are not going here and there. Usually adults applications are fast. Overall I do recommend the Company. Thank you the team for all your help and support. I appreciate it and excited to go on the trip with my daughter. Thank you

Very bad follow up service or interaction with customer 100% dependent on chatbot with incorrect canned responses. Impossible to get correct information. Caused unnecessary worries to me. I will be VERY RELUCTANT to use your services again or recommend you to my friends Reduce total dependence on Chat bot and increase human interaction . I will be prepared to pay more for better service

I had trouble downloading my photo to you, but got some help via phone. After that the procedure was simple. Now i'm having trouble printing visa on paper. The download pdf is too large. So I am saving the Visa on my phone, and hope American Ailines accepts this.

The support team never hesitated to reply to my dozens of questions. I was concerned because I was scheduled to leave on a very important family trip and had spent quite a lot that would be nonrefundable if, in fact, I didn't get my visa in time. My only suggestion would be to be able to give more accurate updates as to where in the government process the application is. I finally retrieved this information by going directly to the government site which told me which of the 7 steps had passed. If I had had this information in the first place I would not have been concerned. Not knowing was difficult.

1. the visa was online and I didn't need to attend an embassy or mail the forms 2. I didn't need to purchase passport photos 3. the application was easy to understand and fill out. 4. I had to do multiple "selfie's" for the photo but the online help made a difference to correct my mistakes.

The photo became a whole issue. The app did not make it easy to get a correct photo.
