It was hard for me because I’m not very savvy with the computer but in the end it worked out excellent.
Fantastic , is all I can say ! Had trouble uploading the photos for my husband and myself for the applications. Your staff were soooooooo patient and helpful . They kept walking me through the process of taking a photo which would be approved ( which wasn't easy for a very unskilled "selfie"taker ).I mean, I think I had to send in 10 photos before they found one that would work. Thank you for all your patience.
They were very helpful. I am not a great techie, but they got me thru the evisa application process for a Brazil visa. Very glad that I used them.

ivisa staff were courteous, I thought the fee was reasonable. However, I found the system was not adequately informative. I had to submit several photos; although I was told there was a problem with the photos and what the photo criteria were, generally no one told me what the specific problems were with my photos, which for the most part looked to me like they complied with ivisa criteria. I received alerts when submitted materials were not satisfactory, but there should be some kind of automatic tracking system to provide applicants with a time line of the process. Once the completed application was ivisa-approved, governmental visa issuance was swift.
Easy instructions to follow. Excellent service. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Terrific support and very fast! I was having trouble uploading a picture for my Visa to Brazil. John, on chat, stayed with me and made it happen, walked me through the whole process until I was successful in getting it to them. (I am not very computer savvy!) Received within DAYS of final submission of documents and pics. Much cheaper than other sites, as well, which can cost up to $164 per Visa. THANK YOU, ivisa and JOHN!! Happy customer!
The website is well designed and easy to use. The function to upload passport picture and a scanned image of passport is not very smooth. My passport picture uploading took a couple of tries to get it to work. My wife's passport image would not work. I contacted your help desk through the chat feature. The person was very helpful and could easily load the image and complete the application. Please improve the upload function and make this a great site. Thank you and have a happy new year.
Except for having problems getting the picture exactly as they wanted the rest of the experience was easy and painless.
I did not understand the system. Our pictures were unacceptable the first time. I believe IVISA should inform clients, through PHONE calls & detailed e-mails of the exact procedure. All in all in worked out O.K.
I have cancelled this visa and they are still sending me emails. Perhaps if you could speak to someone via telephone, problems could be resolved. This is a terrible company. Dr. Ellen Owens

Extremely slow process, slow answers and NO VISA. Very disappointed with this company. Look around there are much better companies that can look after your visa in a more professional way.

I had to send at lest 14 pictures to ivisa over a period of approximately 1 week. The pictures were being constantly rejected. Then finally one of the reviewers sent the correct reason because I was wearing my glasses in the photos. It should have been one of the instructions from the beginning.
The evisa you sent looked centered on the computer screen but would print out skewed cutting off a part of the scanner code box in the right upper corner. Your Chat Line people were unable to fix this so that I could get a full copy on paper. This is the first time this has happened with any attachment emailed to me. Attachments before and AFTER your evisa attachment have all printed out correctly . There is a setting on your side of the sent attachment that make this happen.
Thanks for helping us navigate the Brazil Visa. The most important thing I learned was my phone camera made a better image of our passports than scanning them did!

A little funny trying to download photos. Trouble with picture quality though on my end everything looked fine.
The personal and friendly attention was appr dedicated as I had to submit 4 photos before one was acceptable. Glad for the help ad the Braxillian Govetnment Visa website was difficult and stuck as 2018 as the birth year after countless attempts to put in birth year. Highly recommend IVISA. THANK YOU.

Visa's approved. Received email that my Visa's were mailed on November 29th and today is December 22nd and still have not received. I have call twice and they were supposed to have been mailed again and still have not received. I did verify address and it is correct. I would like someone to help me get this problem resolved since I will need the Visa's in the next 4 weeks. The order number is 136304.
This was very easy online service. Did have several back and forth correspondences regarding appropriate picture for visa, but was able to handle that via an iPhone selfie. Like that this also registered me with the U.S. Embassy in Rio too. Approval was efficient.
It was easy and very fast to receive my visa within 48 hours.
You are required to make a payment before the application is submitted. I believe it should be the last step of the process. Also, it was a hassle to get the pixels of the picture accurate for submission.
Sending the photo and passport page was hard since it was rejected multiple times.
At the end everything was fine but the beginning, I had difficulty getting a response from you and the young woman who called had a lovely accent but was very difficult to understand on the phone. I am glad it turned out ok, alll's well that ends well.
iVisa was really great for getting our Brazil visas. We applied 13 days before our travel and received our visas 5 days after submitting the initial application. Ivisa’s customer support actually contacted us on a Sunday to let us know that our passport photos were not acceptable. They communicated with me to help me rectify the issue and confirmed my application once I uploaded acceptable photos. They were very responsive, even on a Sunday! I definitely recommend iVisa.

We have been so impressed with the service we received from iVisa. We applied for visas to Brazil which we needed for a Cruise and submitted all information requested. We received an email asking us to send a higher resolution passport photo. Two hours later we sent the required photograph and immediately received a reply that our application was now complete and had been submitted. Two days later we received our visas. We cannot fault the service from iVisa. It turned what could have been a tedious job into a non-event. We would use their services again.
Good Service, however we note that the Visa's indicate "THE PLACE OF ISSUING" is not the same as our passports "ISSUING AUTHORITY" . Please reply.

I found this web site to be a safer way to do visa application rather than surrendering our passports esp. due to our trip being in 45 days. I used the chat room for a picture issue and John was very helpful and we were able to complete the required forms.
I found the process to be a bit stressful and not as quick as it could have been. I was applying for myself and my son and kept being told that different parts of my application needed to be re-submitted. It was frustrating. My trip is on 12/24 and I received my visas on 12/19!
