I made a request last Monday , paid for a rush for flight for wenseday and could not make my trip. I am very disappointed
Some difficulty navigating the site to access Brazil visa application. Then we had difficulty getting our photos to upload. Once these issues were settled the visa was approved and emailed to us in a timely manner. Much more convenient than traveling to a consulate. Final comment reserved until we make it in and out of country next month.
Very good. My challenge was that I didn't know that regular visa pic could not be scanned in.
Very quick service. Some problems loading photos. Photos on visas show us with different clothing. Does that matter ?

I absolutely love how affordable and quick/painless this was. I was concerned that I wouldn't receive my visa in time and managed to receive it within 3 days! worked well. I may have missed it in the application the first time round but had to submit parental consent documentation after the fact. If would be cleaner if all documents we're submitted via the web site. Staff were helpful making sure the documentation was accepted the first time it was submitted to the government for processing.

Quality but a long time. The process took about a month. Usually, Visa's is supposed to take between 10 days and 2 weeks.
Traveling & applying for a visa isn't always pleasant but iVisa was efficient, responsive and uncomplicated. Want to especially thank Angela at Customer Support who responded, gave clear instructions and directed us accordingly to assure the visa was in order and the proper documents were submitted. Very much looking forward to visit Brazil.

We had to get on the phone with the consulate general to get our visas. You guys were not responding to us whatsoever. We also found out we overpaid by around 150$ cad. We will be reporting this on tripadvisor, travel blogs and other websites. The embassies are very upset by services like Ivisa
They need to explain the passport photo's clearer. I was caused to spend far more money then was required.
The entire procedure was very easy and I received my Visa in one day.
Great turn around service but got very irritated by not accepting my initial/original passport pics which were good. Didn't explain why they weren't accepted. Customer service was delayed in response. Overall, good experience.
The service was great, the picture for the Brazil visa was frustrating... we had to submit multiple pictures before one was accepted...

Overall good system that was responsive when files were incomplete or additional information needed. It would be helpful to further detail out photo requirements on the website (for example, no photos of a visa photo).
I had tried a different web site for the Brazil visa but it wasn't nearly as user friendly as yours. The one suggestion I woiuld have is to let us know all the problems in one email instead of sending us one problem, making us re-do the photos, then sending another email with the next problem. Having to take our glasses off was the last thing you told us about after all the other problems were fixed; it could have been the first thing fixed. Might have saved a lot of back and forth.

During my trip to take a Europe &brazil cruise to Brazil I had not know that I need a Brazil visa, Immediately applying a emergency visa within 10 days but then the cruise ship need the visa within a short time frame before it enter Brazil . Had some problems with photos, but was able to quickly resolve. Virtually problem free.
Quick and easy to understand. The only issue was trying to get my passport to upload properly. But, it worked and my visa came today.
The process was strait forward, communications were on time. The only one suggestion is to add description for the phone; the first one was rejected and I got the second one with a professional place where they knew exactly the requirements for a Brazil digital photo. have this requirement was clear on the picture upload site, would've saved time ( important when someone is in a rush). If this description exist, my apology for not finding it. The challenge was handled very efficiently thru email. Thank you
I met difficulties, as I wrote, I am not very good with the computers things! It was not evident to understand "more informations" or lack of informations..., when the expire date of my passport was wrong. I didn't know, that I have to go back to the registration to find finally the mistake. If somebody told me that, I would do it, instead to send me always the automatic answer! I just became frustrated. Luckily, somebody came home and helped me! If no, it would be no change... and still waiting the visa!!!

I had problems downloading both photos and passport copy due to file size. Angela on Chat received the files no problem and attached to application and submitted them. We received the visa's the next business day. Thank-you.

I found the on-line process very simple to follow. The only part that required some work was the photo. The requirements were easy to understand, but it took a bit to implement.

I spent money to send in a real passport photo but it was declined. When I asked what was wrong with it so I could go to CVS and get my money back I just received the following response, " take a selfie of yourself". It would have been nice to get a response describing WHAT was wrong with the passport photo specifically. Otherwise, the process was fast and expedited.

Using iVisa to procure our Brazilian visa was easy and the turnaround time was very fast. In our case it was less than a week from the time we submitted till when we received our visas. I would not hesitate to use this service again.
Great service, everything was easy and simple the only problem was a slight delay in getting the Visa sent in. I was told I would have it in about 10 days and took about 20 to get done.

It took too long to process my visa for Brazil We had to submit photos twice. We still do not have our Visa, we understand it has been mail and will take 7 to 10 days to get to us. .
This issue is I paid the rush fee and now its too late...I may not even use the visa.
