Easier than using the government website which I used the last time I needed one. Very straightforward and a great idea having the option to pay just a little bit extra to cover you should your application be turned down and enable a full refund - hopefully mine won't be turned down!
The site was very easy to understand and the information they required was clearly stated. The timescale i was given for the arrival of my visa was very prompt and they managed to deliver it even quicker

The application process was quick and straightforward. The fee is reasonable (and five lower than that of another site). When my passport photo was not accepted due to poor quality, I was informed and advised promptly and very courteously. The result is the ready visa and a happy customer!
The iVisa service is very user friendly, it is only the 2nd time I have used your system but is does appear to remove a lot of confusion which can be created if attempting to gain a Visa in a foreign Country. The delivery on return of our Visa is quite timely, my experience has been great.

hello, we have try all'ready couple times with sending the details of the pasport of my wife ( Michele De Wit) to ivisa and it's always refused. We have done it by photo also by scan always te same answer quality is not ok. this is strange because we have done the same with my pasport ( Haeck Danny ) and it was ok. now i have a question is there a other possibility to come to Egypt ( buy a visa in the airport )?
Disliked the messages telling me to complete the application details when all the boxes were ticked, and being unaware that it could take till the next day, feeling it could have been a scam because of the money was paid before confirmation of visa approval, almost had the bank stop payment!😬

Having filled out these forms for a visa many times as we go on holiday a lot to egypt I tend to apply for my visa's early as I like to be organised I find the form simple to use ,taking a picture of your passport everytime not so much As this time I did not get this quite right however I soon got a quick reply back to say it was incorrect I resent and our visa's were processed within 3 days I have given this 5 stars I found I recieved quick responses and very helpful looking forward to having a fab holiday
It was fairly easy to navigate the website. Getting the membership for 1 year makes total sense as more and more countries are requiring visas.
