I’m traveling from Spain to Baghdad with a one night lay over in Cairo with a friend; I have US passport and him Spanish. We got our visa quickly, but I was charged double than my friend. This I did not liked, I find it unfair.
They were very transparent in their pricing. The first service we tried never told us anything about pricing, other than the cost of upgrading to their premium service, and then charged over $400 to our credit card when we thought we were just moving on to the review page -- never once having recealed the cost of their "services", if which they'd performed nothing, yet. The process was fast & easy -- one of our passport uploads wasn't clear and they got back to us about it the next morning. Once we'd resubmitted it, it was only a few hours before we had our visas.
