I have to give to them ,they are doing an incredible job and this isn’t a scam or a fake review .struggled with Egyptian embassy in for my mothers tourist visa for last 3 weeks and just happened to cross their page while being on google search and saw very good reviews ,tried them and got the visa within 48hrs . Impressed and I am sorted for all my future travels .just hope thy hadn’t mugged up the letter of passport number -m reassured will be no issue let’s hope so (hence removing one star ) Recommend 100percent .

My reason for giving you only 3 stars is because there are no live people to talk with. Your chat are robots answering usual questions but what happens when there is a unusual questions or situations that they can't respond to??????? New passports come with lamination now and your website kept telling me to remove it because it looked glossy. I tried to chat that info but it took me over 4 hours to complete the process and even when I was finished I wasn't sure my application was submitted. I tried searching for a phone number to call but couldn't find one. I was able to resolve my issue but others might go somewhere else if they can't speak to someone live to help them.
I have applied for e- visa. And you have applied a declaration form which I can’t easily get from the airport ! Where is the E-visa . I’m waiting the reply urgently . Otherwise I know what is the action will be taken . Thanks
This process was very easy and cost effective. It was also good not to have mail passport to receive visa.
Super fast service. Forms were very easy to fill out although I didn’t need assistance there was s place to ask questions or get assistance. For what you get price was reasonable. Was very pleased!
They are scam. Guys be careful they are just snatching money on the name of ivisa or evisa. Simply they are looters and embassies must take action against this blackmailer gang.

Service was there, site was easy & very functional. My issue is the site gives the appearance of an Egyptian govt. site which it is not. The price was $133. U.S. Had I bought this visa @ the Cairo airport it would have been $25. U.S. My visa did arrive in a timely fashion w/o any headaches. I just would have preferred more transparency from the company.

This is the worst experience ever, I was applying for e visa to Egypt as I am Ukrainian and did not want to get visa on arrival to avoid lines in the airport … and instead of e visa I get Health declaration form for what I was charged .. on the website in the process nothing was mentioned as declaration from it was mentioned apply for e visa to Egypt … they just took my money for nothing … they lie to people for charging money for sth you do not need even to pay as this health declaration form can be filled in the airport for FREE

Having never traveled, I read many blogs and reviews. One blogger was a world traveler and made the statement that he always did his own filings but, now uses iVisa. So I investigated iVisa. Found it easy, quick, and fair. Because of iVisa, I feel more comfortable at the age of 75 that I have the correct paperwork for my planned travel to Egypt and Jordan.

The process to receive my Visa was exceptionally easy. As things progressed, I was notified immediately and often. I would use this service again, no hesitation.
Totally impressed by the simplicity of the site, questions that were asked and the arrival of the visa when promised. The visa link on the Egyptian website was a disaster. They have a lot to learn from you.
I got scammed. I paid and right away sent an email to cancel my application as I'm a Canadian citizen with a GCC residency. I get visa on arrival for $25. I requested a refund and no reply yet. I'm a guest of the Egyptian government and truly disappointed by your service and how I'm being dealt with here. You should not issue such visas to countries that are exempted. This is a scam what you guys are doing. I will report this upon my arrival to the authorities and escalate it to my friend the minister of tourism in Egypt.

Communication throughout the process was excellent. Turnaround time was fast. I was a bit frustrated about having to resend photos of passports (the photos are very difficult to take without getting any glare on the page), however you let me know immediately if new photos were going to be required.
Very easy to use and they were able to answer all my questions. Our flights were not confirmed when I started the application but was able to go back into it when they were confirmed and submit it then.

I’m AMAZED. I sent over my information, last night and when I woke up this morning my Visas were emailed to me. Also I had questions throughout the process and they responded very quickly via email. I travel a Lot and will definitely use them again. The price was very reasonable as well!
The service is speedy and professional. The only situation I'm experiencing is that I requested a normal processing time vs the express time but I placed the order in error. I informed the attendant and she promised a refund. I have yet to hear back on the refund
