Went with a different e-visa site first that was recommended on the government/state sites, took my money, impossible to follow-up. Wish I would have used this service first. Fast, convenient, easy, and way easier to communicate with someone on the other end. Constant e-mails with updates while processing.
I thought the entire process was very efficient. The first time I sent photos they were not properly done and I got a notice that they needed to be re-done with better photos, I did it and the new photos were acceptable, the application went to review and the visa was issued in three days. I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend it.

The issue I have described below has been dealt with very efficiently and courteously. The lady I spoke to at Customer Service acknowledged the error, apologised on behalf of the company and has resolved the issue for me. I would like to thank her for her prompt and effective response to my problem. The Customer Service department is to be congratulated. Having sent in an application for visas for me and my husband to travel to Egypt in December 2020, we had to revise our plans as we are not able to travel to Egypt in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. I wrote and explained the situation and gave alternative dates for travel in December 2021. I received confirmation that the dates on our application had been updated for travel in 2021. However, I received notification in September 2020 that our visas had been processed and approved for travel in December 2020!! We have already paid for these visas and as I had received confirmation that the dates had been revised/updated, I would like our visas to be re-approved in 2021 as previously confirmed. I would hope that we would not be expected to pay again for these visas.

HOWEVER, MY FRIEND COULDN'T HAVE HER VISA BEACAUSE SHE HAS AN IDENTITY CARD AND NOT A PASSPORT, MAYBE YOU SHOULD BE CLEARER ABOUT THIS POINT. ITALIAN LOCAL AUTHORITIES TOLD HER SHE COULD USE THE I.C.DOCUMENT. IN ADDITION, THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED ON CHAT TOLD ME YOU WOULD HAVE COMPLETELY REFUNDED MY FRIEND'S APPLICATION COSTS. FORTUNATELY THAT WAS CLEARER ON THE EMAIL.

This was my first time using this website. It was super simple to use, just follow the on-screen options regarding your personal information and your travel intentions. I got my tourism visa for Egypt within 72 hours of purchase. The reason why I gave this 3 stars was because this visa is supposed to only cost $25 USD. This visa is also available for on-arrival but I didn’t want to risk long lines/uncertainty as I have very limited time in Egypt. Though, I ended up paying $55USD due to the processing fee. Overall, if you need a visa, this is your safe bet. If you don’t mind paying a processing fee and or have limited time and need a visa ASAP, iVisa is the way to go.
Prior to filling out the form I had a chat with one your personnel. That was very useful to thoroughly understand the requirements. Then it was fairly easy to fill out the form and upload the photo. The emails of the status and progress is very useful for peace of mind. Thank you

Waw! I am absolutely impressed how quick and cheap got my Egypt Visa, as romanian flying from London. No flying tickets or hotel booking needed prior to visa application. Received answers to all my worries and concerns prior to even starting the visa steps.Yes, we do talk with busy human being in ivisa.com, no robots, as initially thought 😂.Got my VISA in 2 days only 🏆.Booked my tickets safely today.I wished to pay extra for a paper letter ( @ $6 USD) that provides Visa proof but they will send a pdf via email adress anyway. Last year I've payed £185 ( GBP) for Egypt Visa from London via CIBT and took longer plus had to send my passport and fotos to their office and go personally to pick them up.
