This is the second time we have applied for our Egyptian Visas. The processing is clear and good. I recommend to use the Chat Line for questions, assume they have the first couple of questions generated automatically but ask to speak to a Support Specialist and wait online until someone answers. Very good communication and updates from them via email right until the final approval and emailing the visas. We say thank you.
I was having a hard time uploading a proper photo of the picture and information pages of my passport and was ready to give up but the support staff came to my rescue with reassurance and infinite patience and I received my visa the following morning. Excellent responsiveness and service once I flagged that the application was stuck and needed attention. That was 5 star +, but your systems should have identified the problem so you could address it sooner, hence loss of one star.

Put in for my visa 6 wks ago, been in Egypt for 2 weeks and still not received Bisa. Had to buy Visa when land. As with “government “ you refused to refund me. Terrible.

I had started our application with the Egyptian Embassy site. It seemed to be straight forward but the site kept running in circles. I rebooted but every use of their application process ended with only frustration -- the program always glitched. To make certain that we didn't have any delays with our Egyptian visas, I switched to iVisa and a week later we had our documents. It was well worth the extra cost and would use it again.

I had to have help from my daughter to scan my passport I tried to do it at my work and scan To my work email then to my home email but my daughter used her phone to upload the passport to scan and send straight away otherwise my travel agent would have to send my Passport to the embassy with only weeks away I would rather have my passport here with me so Going on line to apply was less hassle so thank you Pauline linton

I have never had a worse experience. You claimed that you could not process my wife's application because somehow it was already in the system. I spent literally hours trying to convince you that this was I'm possible. Your wait times on the phone were intolerable. In the end you said you would submit the application again. Mysteriously there turned out not to be a problem. You really should refund all or a portion of my processing fee. Was prepared to recommend iVisa to traveling companions. I await your response before doing this and going online to share my awful experience. You have a great website. Let's see if you live up to what you promise.

IVesa offered a fair price for their service. Their process is quick and easy. But the best thing about IVesa is their support service. I ran into a little problem of my on making nothing because of their system and they provided excellent sercice. Their follow-up on your application is exceptional. I am so glad I found this company. Very fast service! I applied yesterday afternoon and got my visa 24 hour later. One bit to improve, I used a messaging support to find out if it will be feasible for me to use 4 days service and get visa in time for my trip but I didn’t get clear answer. Due to that I went for a super express option which costs double! 🙈 My fault though, forgetting about visa in the first place and dealing with it last minute.
