Was fairly easy to apply for, but because we been to Egypt before they wanted to know dates we arrived before. Also downloading our passports wasn't as easy but managed to do it eventually.

Very prompt and well within the timeline for super fast/ express. firstly i paid for FAST which was fo 4 days. They upgraded me with no extra cost to SUPER FAST 2 days. got my VISA in 1 day and 23 hours and 50 minutes. i applied earlier on the government website for the same country, and paid, ( USD 20 less only) and still haven't got the Visa 18 days later. Our experience with iVisa exceeded my expectations! It was quick and straight forward. I had an issue where the picture of my son's passport was transmitting blurry and could not be used on their end. I worked with Genalyn Ngo, Customer Service Agent, through various attempts and she was very helpful providing recommendations on how to take the picture so that it didn't come out blurry. She was very patient and polite throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend their service. I received all six visas for my family in time for our trip!

AWESOME! Getting a Visa can be dauting. The website was clear, concise and easy to use. Also, there were no hidden fees like some of the other sites.
