This is the first time I have used On The Beach website and I found it very straight forward, nothing was too much trouble. We were kept informed at every stage of our booking and if we had any queries to contact them. I would recommend using the WEBSITE again.

Greetings! iVisa told me it would take 3 days for my vissa to arrive, when in reality it took 4 days.
Tried the Egyptian Government website, but ran into problems, so this was good. Slightly longer than they said it would take, but otherwise no problems

I would give a 4.5-Star rating if I could. I am not giving the full 5-Star rating because of one issue. There were two visas in one application. Both had issues with the quality of the passport page photo. While Ivisa staff noticed #1 and asked me to upload a better copy (which I promptly did), but they did not notice photo #2 and I heard about it directly from visa2egypt.gov.eg people with the note that “if I did not supply the proper copy, my application would be cancelled and fee would be forfeited.” This really worried me because there was no way I could provide them the new photo as I did not have account with visa2egypt. I did contact iVisa staff on a Chat. But they did not seem to understand the issue even though I did include visa2egypt email copy. I did send ivsa a new copy of the required poto. I still do not understand how #2 Applicant’s issue was finally resolved. I was relieved when I received both e-Visas as I was ready for getting #2 visa on arrival by paying another $25.

I am very much pleased with the service you provided. The BEST feature was the daily email updates which I could respond to directly since they were not generated by a computer but by people. And my responses got read and got replies too.

Not Great, wouldn't use them. fault on the English no, chat was not good, if they said the average would be 3mins it would be 3-4 hrs if they said 2hrs they mean 6-8hrs. was not very happy because I had problem with my passport photo, wasn't good enough nor was the 2nd one in the end i sent a few more all at once, and 1 was excepted. 3 stars I was been nice, 2 1/2 would be my rating.
compared to over visas I have applied for this one to Egypt I found very challenging.
I spent three days answering another question or furnishing something else! Why couldn't you identify the missing information the first time? So did not receive the VISA before I left. Bought one in Egypt the same day I arrived for $25., NO FEE.

Small problem with lost passport copies but all worked well in the end
Was promised 3 days, came in 6....this left me not knowing of was going to be able to travel.... I tried to communicate to seek reassurances, asking how long it will be, asking if it will come before I travel...,yet only got basic information in response, stating the obvious....”it is still awaiting approval” . Felt very much like a bot that was responding. Not good and caused ALOT of uncertainty.

Simple easy to use application site. Reasonable cost for service. The only negative... Site states that it will take 5 days for the application to be processed. It took more than 10 days. 10 days is not bad! It is actually pretty quick. But the site should give a better estimate of the time required.

It's really easy and fast compare to when I apply myself. I used iVisa twice and I have to request for correction both time. I believe reviewing the accuracy of the information can be improved, for example country of origin that is listed in the passport and type of entry visa (single vs multiple). I was lucky I have enough time before my travel for this corrections, what if there were not enough time.
It’s cheaper and easy to get visa at Egyptian airport, it’s €25 per person. Online it’s €50-€75 per person Plus printing yourself & They will need a copy to keep
The system is fine apart from it needs to be made clear that you need to send a scan of the information pages if your passport.
It was everything good. Only I like to know why they asked me $120 Australia dollar for two visa .then they polled $165 from my account? About $45 more than they asked. This is not wright.
