Everything was great except when trying to get passport pics uploaded from computer or emailed from my iPhone. Email did not respond and upload keep saying “Net Failure”. This was on May 11, 2019. Tried again the next morning and everything went through. The response with the tourist visa was quick and easy.
Service was fast and accurate. Had to use the online help because I wasn't staying overnight so I didn't have an address to list, and they took care of it. A+ service.

My visa arrived after I landed in Cairo despite paying the expedited fees to receive it in the required time. I then had to purchase a separate visa on arrival, so have paid for the same thing twice. The service was pointless and a waste of money and even after I communicated this to them they were unprepared to refund any not even part of my money for not delivering as promised. I wouldn’t recommend this service

I got the ivisa when I came back from egypte and not before, so I was obliged to find another alternative for my trip and I payed for nothing, my surprise was that they didn’t simply tell me that I could have it upon arrival, much faster, easier and cheaper.
Fast efficient service. Website was a bit of a hassle but only because i hadn't got all the documents at the same time, own fault. Would definitely recommend just make sure you have everyone's passport details at hand before you start the process.

Great. The only disadvantage that they take the money first and then ask you for documents. Payment should be the last final thing after application, submitting passport photo, last time u visited the country..etc. Ask your questions then ask for money at the end. Otherwise visa arrived on time, no hassle. Highly recommended. Thank you.
You charge double for the visas. In Egypt airport ate only $25 and you charge $50. Not really nice to find that out.
Our experience with Ivisa was excellent. The application procedure was not difficult, and Ivisa sent us regular status updates. Our visas were received promptly and were correct.

The web site does not explain some things very well. Could not figure out how to download visa??? Had to cancel first application and had to apply for second and site wasn't very informative to do this. But I figured it out.... Thanks.

My wife applied for her Visa before mine and it’s been 10 days and be she hasn’t received it yet. She was told that it couldn’t be canceled and she would just have to wait. The website say so 5 days and I received mine but she still has yet to get hers. This is unacceptable.
I was shocked after making a payment with my card that the information required on the application wasn't completed. It was stressful when you asked for another scanned copy of my passport. It wasn't clear in your email I've received today that the visa was actually on the following page. I clicked onto download visa here in the main body of the email and then spent 15 mins trying to work out how to access it. My suggestion is the email should have read visa below. I am very happy now Ive got it thank you. Julia Hopwood

The website explained everything fully and I was able to chat online immediately with a customer service person for the one question I had. I got my visa. Shouldn’t have had trouble downloading my passport, but I did. Suggestion-Where I says DOWNLOAD, put an arrow that says PRESS HERE for dummies like me. Then I won’t try to download a document in another way. 🤔
