The visa came earlier than expected, which I appreciated as I applied only a few days before departure. I had some email chat with them and they were fast and helpful.
The application was relatively easy. I had gone to another site and their application was much more difficult and tricky to deal with.
First of all, the good thing: they are helpful, easy to comunicate with, the chat always work and you find people willing to help. The problem: I payed for the 2-day delay Visa, and it took 4 days and I almost lose my flight. The appliance-time stated in the official government webpage is 72 hours. Usually takes less. Since Ivisa offers a 48 hour delay (and charge accordingly), I assumed they had a special channel with the government to accelerate the process. Apparently not, they do the normal process, the one you can do by yourself in the official web. If it takes two days, fine. If it takes longer, bad luck.
Amazing really needed 2 visas and first one came the next day second one took the 2 day process was a little worried but did a live chat with a agent and got my visa in 5 min after that thank you so much

Excellent. Easy to apply and no one can exceed the processing time. I got it in 2days.
Trying to use the Indian government website for eVISA for 45 minutes, it shut me down 3 times and would not recognize the temporary ID number was very frustrating. In 20 minutes I had completed the iVISA process which did not ask for some of the detailed questions the government website asked. The fee is well worth the time and frustration saved.
The team supported me well in all diligence needed to speed up the approval of the necessary Government approval and fast communication to overcome the bottlenecks.

Excellent. My dad had said my brothers visa came in 3 days so I should apply via EVisa. I did the same and thought even 5 days promised is pretty quick. Well our 3 applicant Visa also came in 3 days. I am very happy with their service and ease. I remember in 2015 when I had to get 6 month VISA from consulate, the list of documents needed and FEDEX back and forth was such a hassle. I hope iVISA continues and I am definitely recommending them to everyone. Getting 5 year Indian Visa in 3 days is a dream come true for many Indians, Thank you guys.

very easy, quick and smooth process to receive my eVisa. It is confusing that there is a "rush' process fee option, for an added $30USD, which I took this time but everything got processed in 2-days. Seems like there is not a need for that rush fee as its never been a problem in getting my eVisa on time. As a customer I'd just remove that fee option as it is confusing, I paid for it this time, an extra fee that doesn't add value and you always deliver in 2-days any time I use your service

Great Service Once It Got started. I put this in several weeks in advance and was given a clock which started the countdown to completion. Neat, but the clock was incorrect. When it hit zero it just disappeared and the application was still awaiting action. The next day I was notified the process had commenced and a day later the VISA was ready. iVISA needs to look at this countdown clock idea. But the idea of putting a user friendly interface to the Government site is worth the cost.

Wicked easy application process. I had trouble uploading both my visa picture and passport scan and opted to utilize the live chat option for help. I was really impressed how easy and fast it was processed, since I heard from other applicants in the past that they were facing many problems in particular with the right size of the photo, but with visa there was no problem and everything went very smooth. it is worth to pay the processing fee!
