I got conflicting messages from ivisa and the customer service. Saying payment was made to different company and multiple emails asking for payment were else customer service said payment is not an issue. So I will never recommend to anyone.

Iam very very disturbed and got no bisa although from four days ago I requested fast track visa request and after four days they are telling me that I need to wait which abousluty doesn't fit in my travel schedule.they waisted my timming and time.i request full refund of my 126 us dollars.

Visas are never easy, but iVisa makes it less arduous and their fees are reasonable. I had two problems, which were quickly resolved by them. One was proximity of "USA, and UK" on a smart phone, so one person had wrong nationality (cost me another $20 process fee - my bad). The other was: two weeks after submitting visa info for India, they saw one person's photo was the same as the 1yr old passport pic., resulting in a rush to get new. Processing had been delayed because we applied too early π€

I was very unsure at the start however, there service is fast and good once I provided all required documents. I recommend their service to anyone who wants a visa especially when it is a last minute case.
I filled the forms in 3 times and it was rejected as insufficient information! But monies were taken from my account Not very clear why forms were rejected It would be helpful if there was a contact number for people having problems I found it very frustrating

The Ivisa website would jot let us upload our document ts. I spent two hours on the chat line and eeapire them saying all had been received I still haven't received anything. They also said they would 'rush our visas free of charge as we were repeat customers. Still no visa!
