They processed a visa with the incorrect passport number which subsequently led to denied entry to India. We were detained for 24 hours before being deported. iVisa's error has cost us our holiday and caused incredible stress They have not responded to our emails requesting information how the passport number error was not flagged DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I would have given 5 stars for the ease of applying and getting an e-visa. It's a great leap from what it was a few years ago. My only complaint is, why do you want parents, name, birth place and all for an adult. India has one standard application forms for minors and adults. It's time to move on from the age old system and start treating people as individuals.

Second time using iVisa for Indian Visa and no problems whatsoever. Had to wait a day or so longer on this occasion (as opposed to a very speedy 1 day the first time of using) but it is a week before Christmas when applications are no doubt busier ahead of a popular time to go in the new year. iVisa notified me of Indian government delay in processing. Easy to use and will no doubt be using iVisa again in the future.

The service was great but I was hoping to be informed when the delivery of visa was taking time. As I had already bought my ticket I was very tensed after the rush delivery time was over but I had still not got my visa. It would be great if we are notified after the delivery period is over why we are not receiving the visa.

The website does not seem to update very well. Yesterday, Tuesday 17Dec, I went to the Republic of India Visa office here in Singapore and was provided hard copies of my e-visas that had been approved the day before (MON 16DEC). It was not until 1100am on Wednesday 18DEC, that I was advised that they “are now available”.
The process only started after the 5-day deadline was over. This left us wondering if anything was going to happen at all. I suggest to let your customer know upfront if demand is too high and you anticipate delays - prices to be adjusted accordingly.
Your website is very user friendly, document loading easy and payments made swiftly. It stops then. I waited for 5 days and then had to make contact for you to start processing. You can’t indicate a 5 day turnaround and then not deliver. Then I had to check in again to get my visa. You do not have enough people to process your systems which the customer pays a very hefty premium price. If I didn’t check you would not have started until 9 days after receipt without apology. Unacceptable service.
The online process was fairly straightforward. The only confusion came when once I submitted the documentation I was notified that the request would be reviewed six weeks later. Since we were not traveling for several months, I wasn't too concerned about the time frame. The visas were then approved and issued almost to the day that I was told they would be.

Got my Indian 1-year multiple entry e-Visa with them. The process was simply filling out a form and uploading documents (Passport scan and headshot). Visa came on time and was granted. Was concerned when there was a delay. As did not know when will get it considering holiday period. Also would have opted for 30 day one, but once visa approved, the 30 day starts, so sort of inconvenient. Other than that good job. Thank you

The new visa form is easier than the old one to fill out. For example it uploads pictures in more formats than just JPG and PDF. The old form, drove me crazy. It is still up. Please remove it if you can.
