I was very happy that there was a service that could provide me a Visa in 5 days, and I was willing to pay for that service. However, they did not. They said there was a delay from the government. I responded to their email notification on day 6 of the delay and ask what I should do, knowing I was leaving shortly. I received no reply. Then I tried their chat bot, answered all their questions , and was told there was no one available to help me and that I should email them. So I went on their website found their phone number and called on day 7. They issued it to me within 5 minutes of the phone call. Their system is setup to appear like any kind of tracking system. They set my expectations that I would be notified every step of the way. While I did get the visa, and it was faster than had I done it myself through the governmental processes directly, and cost me more, they should have set my expectations on the possibility of a delay, and when the delay happened they should have set my expectations and how long the delay might be. Would I use them again? Yes. Would I pay for a rush next time? No. Would I allow myself even more padding in terms of time as a contingency in case of delay? Yes.
Getting a visa to visit India could not have been easier. The application form was easy to fill out, the service fee was less expensive than other agencies I checked out, and my visa was completed in just a few days.

Instructions on completing the application could be clearer. The one hiccup I experienced was , instruction to make payment by charge card came up first but when I tried to complete the rest of application ,the system was not recognizing that payment by charge card had already been made; I had to call to sort it out.

I found the Indian government website for e-visa applications a nightmare to negotiate....especially when it came to uploading photos and pdfs of passports. I tried initially to get my evisa through the Indian govt website. It was a nightmare experience using my phone and over 2 days I made numerous attempts with the last try getting to the payment stage.After inputting card number the page froze up..once again.Totally frustrated I turned to yourselves. Excellent service. I have previously gone direct on the government website and it is a nightmare to complete their forms online. The last time they declined my application because the photo had not uploaded properly on their website, and I was not not entitled to a refund of my visa fee. I am happy to pay an extra 35$ for this service so I never have to deal with that website again

Be aware that an Indian visa runs from date of approval and that a 30 day visa may not allow sufficient time for advance non-refundable purchase of travel etc tickets (in the event of rejection of visa application)

It was not made clear on the application page that passport photo had to be in colour. This delayed the process somewhat. As I was visiting other countries before going to India, my Visa approval arrived only the day before I left NZ

There is so much fraud out there on line I need to be assured this is a legitimate site and I think there could be more done with messaging around security. Also would be nice to be connected to an agent to work with to ensure private and security. I made my payment but most sites say directing you to secure site this one did not.

So difficult to navigate. Each time I finished, I'd get another message stating I hadn't, and would have to do the forms again! I ended up sending a message stating I was certain I'd submitted the form at least twice, if not 3 times, and still getting messages to please compete! I've had one credit ( so far) of full amount to my bank account, and waiting to check my bank statement. Still don't know if it has really gone through ...I've given myself 6 weeks to get this done with advice from friends who had same issue.
In all honesty I left it quite late to apply for an Indian e-Visa, and was concerned I might not be able to obtain one in time for my flight. Hi just used ivisacom for a 5 year visa to India . evisa completed in 48hours and emailed to me . An excellent service would highly recommend no problems at . Excellent and efficient service. The process for applying for an e-visa for India was extremely cumbersome on the official Indian website. So I turned to iVisa, and the process was much, much better. The form was clear, and it was easy to add the photos. I had a couple questions and used both the chat function and the phone number. Both provided the information I needed. I could not have been more pleased.
A much easier way to get your India visa than other options I have used before. Highly recommended.
