I originally applied for my iVisa after reading a very good and comprehensive review from a travel blogger named Anna on her site "Global Gallivanting". I then ordered and paid for my iVisa not realizing I was about month early and received an immediate response from iVisa that the Indian government would not allow processing that early, but that they would proceed with the processing as soon as they could. I wondered if I would have to remind them or if my application might get lost somewhere over that time span, but they responded on the date they said they would and had my iVisa processed within a couple of days. So I have my iVisa in hand (thank you iVisa) I found the iVisa site quite easy to maneuver with a simple application process and responsive staff. Very impressed!

It only took 1.5 days. I didn't mind paying a little service fee. It saved me a lot of headache and they kept in contact so i felt I was really looked after. After trying unsuccessfully to get my visa on the Indian government site - which took me hours to dig up all the detailed information, and figure out how to upload photographs - I gave up. In desperation I turned to iVISA.com, and successfully completed the whole application process in about 15 minutes! I'll save myself the stress next time, and go straight to iVISA.com!!
We were given the run around since one person in the group submitted a black and white passport copy instead of color. Seriously, in the big scheme of things does this matter? As long as all the pertinent details are clear!!!
This was my first time using iVisa and I was in a complete pickle. I had completely forgotten about the need for the VisaOnline and was arriving in India in 2 days. They totally came through for me with their option of an expedited process and I got the visa in under 24 hours.

This is the second time I have used them and they have delivered everything as stated. Very easy to use the website and when you do call them they are very knowledgeable.
It was painless, quick and had good instructions. The FAQ part of the Visa needs to be arranged properly. I had a difficult time figuring out if I needed to apply for a business or tourist visa for India. However, I did find the information.
Straight forward process. I applied too early, but the information I had entered was saved and I was notified that my visa application had been approved as soon as the time was appropriate

There was a snafoo coming from the US Passport agency and unfortunately iVisa was not able to coordinate with them or my destination country in time for my flight BUT iVisa was able to take care of my Visa in LESS than 24 hours so that I could travel during an international holiday. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I had to pay full price twice.

It has been almost 2 weeks and we got no info or result. No one contacted to tell us the status or to ask for more information. We called 2 days ago and were told it would go into the que. Still have no result. My daughter got her visa within 2 days.
