The process was much easier than going through the Indian Government's Web Site, although there was an additional fee. I was happy to pay the service fee for easiness of using your system.

I had my doubts but after help on their chat line I was able to complete the Indian visa Application & after submitting it they kept me informed on the progress & in a couple of days I received my visa.

It was easy and fast to me, without any inconvenient, at leas in Chile where I'm, but I had ear from many of my trip mates from annother countries, that there is imposibility to acces step 2 of the electronic application, and also troubles with the paiment proccess. For me it was perfect!

this was amazing, the easiest and fastest Visa application yet.. I like the videos to explain how to do the photo as well.. They responded very quickly, and on a weekend to boot!!! Although we had a little problem uplifting the the photo & passport details, the response and assistance was excellent.
I had to "chat" through web site after checking my visa order for India. It stated that order was complete and electronic travel authorisation (ETA) had been sent by E-mail to me, but I had not received anything in my Inbox nor in Spam folders The on-line agent speedily checked and sent me the ETA by E-mail - twice! So lesson is to check your order status as it appears that the iVisa web site may be ahead of reality.
Applied less than 24 hours ago for our India visas we received an email today with the visas you couldn’t ask for a better service than that. I know I could have applied directly to the Indian embassy and saved a little bit of money but I wanted to avoid the hassle of the indian visa website and the risk of doing something wrong so for me the service from ivisa was definitely worth the money. The process was very simple and clear and ivisa sent me emails keeping me updated. Highly recommend if you want less hassle and stress applying for visas.

We used iVisa because we were having so much trouble doing this on our own via the online site. I spent hours trying without success so went to iVisa and it is simple, quick and stress free. Although you pay a service charge for piece of mind I wouldn't go anywhere else in future. Submitted 5pm Saturday and I received our visas 345am on the Monday. Well impressed we can now relax as we go in a week! Top notch site and service. They let you know every step of the way where you application is at too. Brilliant!!
I need my visa in a short period of time. I had left it too long to go through the regular routes of collecting a visa at the embassy. I read a lot of the reviews and was really hesitant with trusting this website. But I had no other choice, I was very stressed out. So I invested and filled out all the information which was super simple. I emailed them once I had completed and submitted the application and share with them how concerned I was but they were very nice and told me that I was guaranteed to get my visa in the 5 business days stated. At first I tried another website to apply for my visa. It was so frustrating. Upon doing more research online (google search) - I came across the IVisa website. iVisa offers a brilliant service. Simple and speedy. Hassle free. Used them twice within 3 months to get 60 day Travel e-visa for India. They uploaded my pic and passport page from 1st application so I didn't have to do it on the 2nd one. Very happy with them.
In general this is a very good service. After many frustrating hours of attempting up upload photos and passport page on the India's official website I resorted to IVISA who succeeded and I received my e-visa within 2 days. I had a few minor issues with the IVISA data entry process which if addressed would make the data entry process more user friendly for me. Having said that it's relatively easy to use and would not put me off recommending IVISA if, like me, you are defeated by the Indian Government's official e-visa site.
I was so pleased once again to use iVisa to obtain an e-Tourist visa. I decided to go back to them after first going to the Indian government visa website. It was so confusing to use besides being more expensive than I had anticipated. iVisa's website was so easy to navigate and their transaction fees were more reasonable for the same thing. I was having a hard time getting clear, acceptable electronic documents for my application. They gave me a much simpler option that was causing me a lot of frustration. iVisa kept me posted along the way by e-mail of the status of my application as well as being able to go to their website as well for updates. The process was efficient following the prompts. The application approval was faster than expected. The requirements and instructions were clear and easy. I am relieved and happy to have dealt with such a reputable company. Obtaining a VISA can be daunting, you have uncomplicated it.

The experience was bad but not rude conduct.I started the process in mid November and applied for. 3 evisa and received the last one 2 days before entering India on January 8 that gives you some idea at least 30 emails back and forth with numerous pictures and each one with different requests that were then filled out same information at least 3 to 4 times it was as if the communication was none existent from one email too the next very very frustrating to say the least and worry that would not come through in time.

Delays in emails/uploading better photos was not well communicated... every time I uploaded an improved photo I was given three different spots to email the upload status to...
