Was initially a little worried about using a third party website but it seems legitimate. They emailed a response promptly to my queries and my visa arrived within 2 days. Pros using this service rather than the cheaper official gov evisa service is that it is much quicker to fill in and they make sure your files are correct. My friend had to pay twice on the gov service because her photo wasn’t correct.

Not cheap but worth the surcharge to avoid the entanglement of the government site...they deliver against their commitment...one area of improvement is the response time to messages left on the website...once the process has started the messages are quick and accurate, however prior to the initial commitment their response to queries on the website are not always followed up. This is my second time of availing of their service and I would use them again
As this was my first Visa people where saying be careful for scams, but after asking a few questions I found the right company to use, thanks everyone at I-Visa still have my wife's to do yet. Regards Roy
I have been to India many times in the past ,and it was always a nightmare spending a day queuing outside the embassy waiting to take your completed visa inside , then later on going again to pick it up . Although the visas have gone up in price, I was very pleased at how easy doing the visa online was . I will definitely use ivisa again in the future .
Because there were many representatives, their views were conflicting. For example, one rep said that my photo was unacceptable, and another one said it was OK. I supplied two different ones (both in colour), and what happened at the end was that the one one rep who said "unacceptable" got chosen. Other than this sort of annoying experience, iVisa has always be very prompt in answering the questions I had. I would rate 4 out of 5.
iVisa was an easy application and kept me update on the process. It only takes 48 hours to get my e visa and for me download the document.

It is really bad that on e you type your name you cant make changes to it. This caused extreme trouble in my case. More over you submitted my ViSA twice and it got rejected by the govt. But you are not accepting that you submitted twice. Instead you are offering money back. Money is nothing time is everything. For your own benefit check your IT systems there is definitely a glitch where is your application has wrong name and instead of correcting it you go and. Correct the govt. Application....TWO applications are being sent to the govt. I am flying on Sunday and still dont have a Visa thanks to you guys

I spent days of frustration trying to get together everything for my visa to India. The e-visa has specific requirements for the photo and no matter how many times I tried to upload my jpg, it always said it was in the wrong format. And I'm a fairly tech savvy millennial. Finally I found iVisa. It took about 5 minutes and all I had to do for the photo was submit a scanned passport photo that they would format for me. It was worth the extra money- I only wish I had found it sooner!
Clear choice over India gov website. Ability to save your progress and know what info you need upfront was very helpful in filling out the application.

It was SO much easier to get my Indian viss from ivisa than any other way. I had also organised my visa for Vietnam just as easily. Neither country makes it easy, so i was happy to find ivisa. Thankyou!
Government website was not user friendly. ivisa website straight forward, it cost more but took the hassle and stress of applying for a visa.
Customer service was abysmal. Not only was IVisa unable to deliver on the 48 hour rush service, causing me to miss the flight I had purchased based on their assurance of a 48 hour turnaround time, but each time I tried to get in touch via email or chat I could only reach a bot (or a human who sounded like a bot) who told me the same thing over and over. I will never use this service again. In the end, my visa was processed in over 72 hours, which is what the government's visa website offered in the first place. IVisa's 48 hour "super rush" service is a scam and not to be trusted.

Definitely worth going through ivisa.com, after wasting time scanning and trying to get the correct file sizes, and reviewing and trying to understand the evisa website. I gave up and decided to go through ivisa.com, i wish i would have found the service earlier, it would have saved me time and frustration. i would highly recommend the service to anyone.

Quicker than expected service that makes going to India much more viable. I have been visiting India since the 1970s, but in recent years I have chosen other destinations just because the previous visa process was so difficult.
Had a few issues needing to be resolved before I could successfully submit my visa. Used the online messenger and got in touch with staff quickly and they were able to help me with everything and let me know when my application was okay to be processed. The reminder emails are also great.
