CONTRAS: Little bit expensive, but within the market price. Still have to deal with this endless questionnaire and documents upload, so the procedure is pretty much the same as on the official website. PROS: very responsive and give prompt updates.

Was a little concerned with trying this service but after having difficulty on the Indian consulate site with uploading photos and documents I thought I would give this a try. The layout and format and uploading of the documents worked extremely well and the whole process was easy. I was kept up to date as the visa was handled and then submitted and very quickly received the document. There is a little issue with a bit of refund but that is supposed to be handled. All in all I would use the service again because of the timeliness and ease of using the site. Thank you!
A little confusion around the picture submitted for the Visa but good overall experience anyway. I received a prompt response when I inquired about the issue with the photo and we were able to get the issue resolved quickly. The turnaround was also faster than I expected and I received my eVisa within days. Thank you!

Your service is utter rubbish and when we updated the travel date as 26th from Bangkok due to emergency ,it didn’t happened which is totally unacceptable and your intention is just to make money and not to help customers.

The Visa Application was pretty straight forward. I am not too technical with the computer so I struggled to get my photo attached to the document and also the photo of my Passport. I hope it was adequate! The application process for India was simplified compared to the government site. I am so glad the site was recommended to me!
Very quick en smooth transaction. Some of the pictures were not good and we got notice of that within an hour. We received the granted visa for India within 36 hours, regardless of it being Christmas.

Once I had found my way to your page it was easy to fill the forms in even if they were a bit repetitive. The problem I had was downloading our photos. It did help when I received a phone call if yourselfs informing me I could download a photo taken of my camera.

I found the site very easy to use, Instructions were clear. I was impressed that my application receipt was acknowledged promptly and I was informed about the progress of the application. Even though I sent a poor copy of my passport they asked for a better copy, I re-scanned and they handled the application very professionally.

We paid for their 48h rushed service the day before Xmas and received our indian tourist visa in just under 36h (compared to the 72h minimum required to apply through the indian govt website). I was on a cruise ship in Dubai when I was told for India a valid visa was required & without it I would not be allowed to disembark. For my wife & I travelling over Christmas & having waited 9 months for this trip & before that for life thinking of one day visiting India this was a horrible news. Particularly that we had also booked many excursions for this trip. The only little chance I had was to speak to cruise crew to not much result. I used my weak internet connection to our son in Singapore & he applied via eVisa for us. Within just a couple of days even during the weekend before Christmas all was done very efficiently & visas obtained & emailed to us while still cruising on the Persian Gulf. Very easy and a live-chat available to help you with questions. You can also edit your application after you submit (in case you made a mistake). For me this was really reassuring!
If you need Customer support, call during regular American business weekday work hours; and you luck out, with a nice, helpful live person for guidance answering immediately!! Other times you are advised of 55 minute waiting times, and chat seems to put you on hold. Hard to get acceptable picture of passport uploaded. Even if it uploads, call customer support and the very nice, helpful, live person will look at the submission and let you know if it can be used or needs to be redone.
