Flawless and disruptor in a sense that e-Visa is always a bit of bone in the neck. , whole document process was streamlined well. Increase your presence and add Google search capabilities though this did not show as first one when applying visa comes in mind

4.5 Actually. I was a bit taken back when I received an email after payment/ submission that the visa may take more than 30 days. However it took less than 4 business days after further documentation was requested. All in all, i would recommend.
The application was easy to follow and well designed. the applicant receives an immediate response after submission. If a correction has to be made, the nature of the correction is clearly shown and after re-submission of the application an acknowledgement that the application is being reviewed is communicated to the applicant. Finally, the approval comes quickly thereafter. In my case, within 48 hours.
I spent 3 hours trying to complete a visa form on the government website for India and was not successful due to crashes and failures to accept the proper documents upon upload. I searched for a reputable visa service on Trip Advisor and iVisa was the ONLY one that had positive feedback. After my own personal contact with support to validate the company, I went ahead with the process and it worked perfectly. I recommend iVisa for their professionalism, transparency and reasonable costs. The service fee of $35 was well worth it given the frustration and time wasted trying to manage it on my own. I only wish I had found iVisa sooner. I am an active traveler and could have used their help in the past. I will use them in the future.

I was told it would take 24-36 hours it took more I missed my flight due to not having been approved then I called they said it’s in the hands of the government can’t do anything then I was speaking to them they said the next processing time is in 10 hours meanwhile the following morning after missing my flight I looked on the government website and apparently had been granted the visa a day prior where I would have made my flight had this company been paying attention. The visa says I had access from nov 12 to India and I missed my flight on November 12 from turkey to India because I didn’t have the visa This is unacceptable after telling them I was approved and found my visa on the website I got the visa from them in the mail one day late. I paid for expedited service and did not eat it and was not notified when my visa was done and ended up missing my flight. My advice would be to get it from be Indian government website directly

It went well except when I saved so I could retrieve some more information and when I returned to my application, the previous information was not saved. Otherwise I had a good experience and will recommend it.
Was great first experience. I hadn't received my visa within the 72hrs so I sent a message and had a response within a few hours. Everything went smoothly and I was able to do everything from my phone which literally took no time at all! Highly recommend this service. Think it took about 5 or 6 days to process but that was because there was a high volume at the time.
All of my questions were answered promptly and kindly! I have my visa with plenty of time to prepare for my trip.

I filled the form to get my Indian Visa, it was a short form, then I paid and then I was asked to fill a lot more pages! It made me feel insecure about the process and cheated. It was painful. Right away you can see the intention of showing a small/easy form at first and dragging the customer in only then to know you need to fill more. Payment page should be at the very end. Another point was that while filling the rest of the form, there was a technical issue with a dropdown in which was showing a different value than what I was picking. I contacted the customer service via chat and email and got no answer back until the Visa itself arrived. The speed of getting the Visa back, however, was the only good experience. Thanks, Payam
Overall good service. Glitches: specs should be provided for photo and passport uploads (ie: not just dimensions but resolution, too). After guessing 4x as to what resolution the photo (jpg) should be, I finally got it large enough and it was accepted, but no such luck with the passport pdf. No matter how large the file size was (entailing several rescannings), I got an upload error on the resolution (or file corruption; wasn't a corrupt file). I waited on chat about 35 minutes before someone responded, but he accepted the passport as an attachment and passed it on as he said he would. Service was delayed because of site busyness by 2-3 days. Not a problem as plans were made well ahead of time and it didn't affect us. They were aware of pushing off people taking later trips to get to the ones coming up soonest, and that was fine; the delay wasn't long.
Never had a moment of concern, thanks - makes travel that much easier.

The first email said I would receive my eVisa in 72 hours. It was obviously not on track to be ready at the promised time period. Then, when I used the chat feature, the first time on a Tuesday night. The wait time was 50 minutes, even when I waited, no one responded. On the third night I still did not receive the promised e Visa within 72 hours. I used the chat feature again, it said wait time was 8 minutes, but after waiting 20 minutes, the rep finally responded. The response did not resolve the problem and the rep didn’t fully answer my question, before not responding again. The happy ending is, I did receive my eVisa in about 6 calendar days!
I AM MOST IMPRESSED BY THE HELPFULNESS AND SPEED WITH WHICH YOU OBTAINED MY VISA TO INDIA. GETTING A VISA IS NORMALLY A STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE BUT USING YOUR SERVICE MADE IT EASY AND AS I SAID STRESSLESS!
Applying for a tourist visa to visit India is always a stressfull part of preparing for holiday. There are many confusing websites and fees, however we chose this site and have been delighted with the speed and efficiency in which they were processed...we will use this site next time we go to India, thank you.
The e-application was easy to follow but took a long time to come through, there was some kind of delay. Not important in this instance but might make problems for some people.
Processing time was excellent. Cost of $170 for a 6 month double entry is very very high.

I first tried using another email India Visa company. The forms were very difficult to fill out & it took me so long I decided to make it the second level (rush) application. The cost escalated to over C$350!! Using this company - iVisa - I was able to apply for two visas simultaneously, & they were provided in only a day & a half & the cost for two was much less than the other site wanted for one application!
