I could not be happier with the service received from iVisa, and would definitely recommend their service to anyone planning a visit to India. There was a slight delay processing my application due to the volume of application submissions (probably because of the time of year). iVisa clearly communicated that they will be prioritizing applications based on the date of travel, which I thought was fair enough! Once iVisa has submitted my application, I received my Indian visa in less than 24 hours, happy days.
Frustratingly difficult to connect through live chat and telephone. The latter perpetually busy and huge time lag on the chat option.

Everything was fine except for the photo upload. I called and customer service seemed to be in a hurry. She helped, but she seemed too much in a hurry to help me. She told me to email it. Well, I clicked the email button but that didn't work either. Then she told me the email address to use. Not sure why you have email button in the menu if it doesn't work. Once I sent it, I wasn't sure if ivisa had received it. It would be nice to get some kind of confirmation that my email was received. I had tried the Indian consulate site earlier and it didn't work, so I was already frustrated. I tried to upload pictures for both my kids. Neither worked. I received the visa docs after some delay. I did mine today and the photo upload did work. This time I made the image lighter and that may have done the trick. With my kids all it said that the file was corrupt or it was too large. I made it smaller and it still didn't work. It would be helpful to have more accurate information.

I can’t possibly have had a worse experience with you first I paid to have my visa in 18-24 hours. I didn’t have it until almost 38 hrs later. Then when I tried to contact you I had to do so through your “chat” function which no one actually responds to in a timely fashion. Finally whoever is chatting on that chat function doesn’t answer the questions asked so the whole thing ends up being a huge waste of time.

This service was great! Cheaper than others I have found and easy to follow. The only thing I didn’t like was that I wish I knew what all I needed before I started the application process. I had to leave in the middle to get my picture and was worried it was going to time out or something. It all worked out but I could see it would be difficult for people who aren’t as tech savvy as I am.
The ivisa we filled out was very straightforward to complete and had a very fast review and approval rate. I will definitely be using this service again!
Overall Great The treatment was nice, and it went smoothly. 4 instead of 5 stars, because of some information, such as requirements for a business visa (invitation, business card) were a little difficult to find, some fields on the application were described insufficiently and fields which have been filled in one form had to be filled in again. Apart from being a little annoying, it creates a potential for human error. Looking forward to coming to India!

It was easy to do on line. My difficulty was getting an electronic visa picture.
I was struggling to upload the pictures when using the normal e visa website as I am travelling and had to do so on my phone. I read about this website online and and for a small fee, they did all the hard work for me. It took less than 10 minutes to fill in the online forms and I had the visa emailed to me within 2 days. I would defiantly recommend this site and will be using their services again soon.
Please note You should of mentioned the procedure and how long it takes right away, also you should of asked for the passport page picture right away ..otherwise good service ...It is important to customers to know how fast they will receive the visa .....

I was initially very skeptical in applying with an online company to get a visa. I asked a lot of questions and always received a prompt response that put my mind at ease. I also had a lot of difficulty with uploading the documents on my side, but their support staff was very patient in assisting me to make sure it was done correctly and I got my India visa in less than 2 days!
