I did not hear back from the iVisa people during the period they stated, so I started worrying that this was a scam website and I had given them personal info. When I was able to contact them, the woman who helped me was great and I needed to resend my passport photo in order for the order to be processed. I wish that they had contacted me to alert me to the issue and get my visa back on track.
Entire process took closer to 10 day to process, not 72 hours as promised. I only need a visa for a day (cruise ship unfortunately docks in India) yet had to pay for a full visa. My partners visa was much cheaper than mine. Australian VS British passports Not happy

The site states that you will have your visa in 72 hours. It took a week (not including the weekend) for us to receive our visa. The response time on the chat helpline was sometimes good but for the most part it was poor. When I was able to connect with someone that person's response was good and they seemed receptive to my concerns but again timelines were given but nothing materialized in the stated time frame. iVisa has been responsive to my concerns as customer satisfaction is their priority.
Honestly highly impress with the service that they offer!!! I was able to chat online with them and have all my answers and issue resolved in a timely manner! I seriously encourage to use their service, it was hassle free and much more confident than to have to fill in the form from the Indian site. I received my e-visa in less than 24 hours even if I had paid for the regular service (72 hours).

I hold an Australian passport. Last year when I applied from Australia I received the visa within 24 hours. This time I am travelling the world and at the moment I am in Bangladesh. I applied for the visa on 25th September. The money was deducted from my account straight away, however, it took a long time to get the visa. Finally it came to me on 7th October and I was a bit worried with the delay.
The ETA application was easy and fast. Application made on the day at 16.45 and by next day morning I received the approved visa. Kudos to the India embassy for the new system application.
This was easier than expected. The Indian government site is infuriating and user UNfriendly! I am not sure what the extra cost was but it is not much and WELL worth it. Namaskar

excellent service but no information about the timing of the Visa.... it was processed quickly but nobody mentioned that it cannot be applied for over 3 months ahead of traveling and hence had to wait longer than 72 hours until the application fell within the 3 months.
I have not received my visa after 72 hours as promised. I paid this as a service expecting a company to commit to deliver. It has been disappointing. I have a trip this week and have a beed for that visa I have not received

Quick turnaround on processing for electronic Visa. However, did not receive a paper copy of my documents (extra fee of $6.95). Contacted the company-told it might be a post office issue. Which i’d believe, except that my sister also didn’t get her paper copy, and she lives in a totally different part of the country (separate application, too). I REALLY hope the $9.95 I spent to register my trip with the embassy is legit!!
Everything worked ok except the uploading of the passport picture and the chat window. I had taken a picture of an extra passport photo from Longs but it kept saying too large or corrupt and would not upload. Even trying to send it by email, which was an option, did not work. The best way to do it, is to take a picture of yourself with your phone, send it to your computer and upload it from there. It does explain this method after you pay and go to the documents required but I did not know this in the beginning. I tried the chat option to ask, ( before I paid) got connected and they said they would find someone to help me but never got back to me. I waited over an hour and a half and then decided to go ahead and pay and try to figure it out myself. Took over a couple hours to complete but I finally did get a visa in 3 days.

I could not load my passport page and it did not direct me how to overcome this issue. Eventually I called customer service and they did it for me.

There was a significant delay because in the requirements it asks for an ID and a passport. I uploaded pictures of our id's and passports. Then I was told for several days that the id was not good enough and then finally after 3 days I was asked to take a chest up picture and send that. Examples of pictures that are acceptable would be great when you fill out the application.
I had read about lots of scams about getting an Indian e-visa, and Yes , I was concerned . I used their messenger service to ask questions, you have to bear in mind the time differences between USA, UK and India. Form completion and uploading of photos and documents wasn’t too time consuming. I have received our e-visa’s this morning. Brilliant. Would I recommend this company..... absolutely

I paid extra for my visa to be ready but instead I got ripped off and I could’ve paid the normal charge and get it the same time. There is no difference between the “Rush” and the “Standard” it’s the same but they just rip you off and make you pay extra!!!! Horrible!

I was skeptical when you'll send me a text inquiring if that was my photo. I would have been comfortable if I was asked on the email. At least there is transparency.
Overall a very smooth process. Website is easy to use. Reason not a 5 star because the visa application was not processed on the day it was supposed to. I had to email them twice to find out why before things started to move along.

This service was unacceptable. Your promised turn around time is 72 hours, but I did not receive my Visa for 10 days. I contacted support multiple times and no one was able to provide me with any actual updates. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.
It is user friendly. However I'm facing a problem which have yet to settle. Your charges is Visa Fee USD82. Service Fee is USD35. I applied for for clients and charge accordingly. And some of their friends apply with other agent which only Visa Fee USD82. Both of us are the same, apply online and its E-Visa. How am I going to explain?
Loved this service. Very reasonable pricing. Easy to use. Only issue at all was that it took a few days longer to get the e-visa than I was initially told. But all in all, I would use ivisa again--any time.
