It was so easy. I tried the official govt site and had so many issues especially with payment. I tried this site. It was so simple and no stress. Admittedly cost more but worth it.

I couldnt travel due to the delayed of my visa. As per super rush processing 18 to 24 hrs but i got my visa after 36 hrs. I lost my ticket money and i couldnt attend the special occation in india. So sorry but realky disappointed.

In this case, I had to call for a claim, and wait 6 business days to be able to make the Visa effective. Contrary to the announcement they make 72 hours maximum waiting. Disappointed

The application process was fairly straightforward. I enrolled, and got confirmation of approval within the 3 day timeframe. However, my name appears to be incorrectly displayed. I responded the the notice with a question and did not get a reply. I just now tried calling your help line, and was asked to leave a message or use the "always available chat line", but it won't load. I leave for my trip next week and paid the premium price for quick response, but I don't have 100% confidence that I will be able to travel.
Yes, everything went very well. I would only suggest that it be made clear that this company is recognized by the official Indian website because they warn against using other companies to get a visa. Thank you.
They charged the visa and They did not do it. I am still waiting for it, have called twice and still 3 weeks later waiting for it. Do not do your visa here

Like the procrastinator that I am, I waited the day before my trip to India to apply for an eVisa (that requires 4 days advance application) through the Indian government site, which I learned the hard way is problematic for some. In a panic, i took a chance on these guys after reading the other reviews for myself. I got my visa in my email just as I checked in for my flight. The airline denied me, so I double checked my ivisa account and there it was, just in the nick of time!! I learned two big lessons in all of this: 1. Don't wait until the last minute again (the panic was horrible)!! 2. I would recommend these guys to anyone who may be perusing recommendations.

The process was very easy and your website works wonderfully well. The only thing is that you say that the Visa was emailed to me, but I did not receive any emailed visa. It was only when I received this request for review that I realised that the visa must have already been issued, so then I signed in and found that the Visa that I had requested, had indeed been issued. I got the 72 hour option for my visa and it was done within 24. I had not included my passport cover page and quickly received an email from them requesting it which I sent back and they responded to immediately.

I was a bit concerned by that applying for Visa for India would be quite complex from the various internet sites I visited but having discovered the iVisa was really simple and quickly handled by reviewing/approving authorities, big thanks! The Indian government visa site is an absolute screw-up, so I tried the iVisa site. It worked smoothly, delivering the visa on time. It is however, more expensive than the government site and is quite a pricey option. It was worth it for me, because I had to give up on the official site.

I was a bit concerned that ivisa was actually genuine, after hearing so many stories of scams with other companies. But iVisa is obviously genuine and extremely efficient! Thank you to the team at iVisa!
The only problem I had was regarding my photograph. I would have liked more guidelines. Before I applied I sent two photos to check if they were ok. This created some confusion as I had several emails asking for my order number... which of course I didn’t have. After several emails from me trying to explain I had a reply saying photos were ok. But when I aplplied I was told the first photo was not ok. So best to have a few photos ready in your pictures in case one is rejected.

Wow Three day service was only one day! I was very frustrated trying to pay on the India government site.
This is unbelievable! I got online to read about people’s frustration with e visa registration at the time when I got stressed up with weeks of registration attempts. I had to pray to my God and then suddenly I opened the internet at midnight and went straight to read a woman’s post where she quoted this website. After registration, a guy named Charlie processed my documents in a very patient and respectful manner. They gave me 72 hrs and they delivered their promise. What an amazing experience! Now am relieved and just wanna say thank you!
