Extremely quick ....got the approved visa within 2days.....the form was easier to complete than the government site, and the site didn’t crash which happened to me three times before resorting to using the ivisa site. It was worth the extra to reduce the stress and anxiety.
The last thing I need in the crazy world we currently exist in is more anxiety. With due respect to the wonderful country of India and their government website for e-visas, the site is anxiety-inducing. After finally succeeding in uploading a photo and my passport page, my efforts to pay for the process were successively rejected. Thanks to iVisa.com for expediting my submission. Perhaps you can advise the Indian government on how to upgrade their system, but that might be detrimental to your business. Carry on, great service, and thank you.

This was an insanely easy service to use. I was expecting to have to mail things away and get special photos taken - I was able to do everything myself at home and was approved in less than 24 hours.
It would have been helpful to have had an initial page which describes exactly what you need for the iVisa before beginning the application. It wasn't until I started the process that I learned I needed a copy of my passport in color, a photo with white background, no glasses, no smile etc. The support was excellent in the process but it could have been a smoother process with a little preparation up front.
Despite having to initiate a chat to figure out what I needed to get my photos through-it was a breeze. Thank you for having this service

this was my first time to apply for a visa in internet, so i was a bit skeptish, but i got my visa, l think the mistake l made was that l didn't stay in regular contact with ivisa, l was waiting for my visa,and they were waiting for my photo, which l had sent but they had not recieved. thank you to the people at ivisa, am travelling to Kenya so will be in touch.

iVisa made it easy to get visas for a visit to India. The form and requirements were straightforward, and I appreciated the convenience of being able to do it all on-line. Our visas were approved and available as an email attachment within a week of submission. The fee to iVisa for our 3 visas was roughly $100 - quite reasonable.

If I had not gone on Chat with you twice you would still be sitting on our application, The questions you asked were not reasonable and different from the other application I had done, For instance we are arriving by ship and we had to supply an address of where we would be staying - we arrive at 11 am and leave at 11pm and we stay on the ship. If we did not supply a address of a hotel, friend or relative they warned that they would cancel our application. We gave the address of the International Cruise Reception Centre and that was accepted. The other question was why are we applying for a visa when arriving by ship? I explained that it was required. The other problem was that they were going to hold off issuing the visa as we do not arrive until Nov 21 but our other Visa says we may arrive between Aug 15 and Dec 15, We have now received my husbands visa and it states that our first visit may be between August 29 and December 27, 2018. Why would they hold off issuing it when we have this amount of time to make our first visit to India This was a very frustrating experience. My visa was dealt with just fine but the visa for my husband was very aggravating and concerning

I tried many times to apply for a ten year tourist visa, but each time I got stuck on entering the city into a certain page because it wouldn't even let me enter anything. I refreshed the page, restarted, and tried everything, but it wouldn't let me move on without entering the city.

After completing the online documents and paying for two indian E Visa's had some initial difficulties with communication. They were recorded as received but whilst the website says 72 hr, they actually took 9 days to deliver and only after complaining. They apparently took the decision to queque the application because we were applying well in advance but didnt tell us, so we thought there was some sort of problem. In fairness the whole process was easy and well worth the cost to avoid the torture of completing the Indian online application!! We would definitely use them again.
