My only complaint is that i purchased another indian visa from them approximately the same time last year but still had input all of the same information once again, even though somewhere on there site advertisement is mentioned that wouldn't be the case. Quick and fairly easy even a computer novice would not have much problems. Filling out the forms take 2 photos and upload is all u need to do. Cert approved in 3 days. Now I have mine returned with no problems, will do my wifes visa next.
I was informed but IVisa that going for standard service. Visas usually take 24hrs, however they can take up to three. I booked my flights following for over 4.5 days later to allow a period of time. With no communication from iVisa pushing the 72hr mark, I had to chase as to why my visa was taking so long. I was informed it was okay, that the Indian government release it that evening. I woke up the following morning excited about my flight. With still no communication from i visa and no visa in the email having pushed way over 4 days now. I received little support, and my relatives in India contacted the governement directly in Kochin. My file was brought to their attention, Gina from government office then informed me it had not been processed at all and would require one day. I missed my costly flight because of this. IVisa should not claim they provide a service with a time frame if they cannot do this. This is totally unfair and gave me paramount stress, anxiety in trying to correct the mistake. Had I know I would have gone for a totally different agency provider or paid for a better service. I wish to have a full refund of the services provided by IVISA
Great services for two people for both Cambodia and separate trip to India. When we applied for India, on of us was approved and the other denied. They figured out the problem efficiently(my error) and guided me through the process to fix it so we could both travel to a wedding. I would not look to another service, they do a great job

It was awesome - my only issue was that I'd had days of frustration from the India Govt website and at one point on your site during my application your msg said 'we'll get back to you shortly' and 2 days later you hadn't got back. I went back on your site and had on on-line chat and was able to sort the issue immediately. Other than that it was an easy site to navigate, the help was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to apply for a visa through you again.

The whole process was completed fairly easily. Initially had some problems of sending the photo and passport page as this was done from another computer.
