Process was okay for getting the iVisa, just awfully expensive. Disclosure on how much money actually goes to the Indian government for my visa and how much goes to the processing agency would be nice. I understand the processing agency needs to get paid for it's work, but this is certainly the most expensive visa I've ever purchased!!! And they want me to provide survey feedback and a review for them without giving me anything in return. A bit of a one way street don't you think.

We did the rush 18-24 hours. Came about 30 hours, but not within the time frame we paid extra for. Other than that it was user friendly.

Getting the eVisa was easy and not hard to do. I waited approximately 5 days to get it and had no issues with printing it out for my up coming trip.
As I am not very computer literate, I had a friend help me with up loading my photo and passport. I would have been very happy to go to the consulate to hand in all my documents

For 3 hours I attempted to apply for a tourist visa to India at the "official" online site. What a nightmare, it almost seems they don't want you to use this site? Final straw was when I went to log back in with the issued temporary application number I received details pertaining to a Somali gentleman. Next day in desperation I went back to the search engine and came across ivisa.com. Initially I was a bit dubious about using a third party but started the application anyway just to see how it would go. Pleasantly surprised by the clean straight forward interface with feedback for every step. I got to the end of the first section without incident and was then confronted with paying for the visa before I had uploaded documents and provided extra details - mmm, what if I couldn't complete the process, would I lose my money? Bit the bullet and paid. Uploaded the documents based on the information provided without incident and completed the entire process in about 25 minutes for 2 people. Within 24 hours I was printing out the visas - too easy mate.
easy to use and customer service was excellent - I mistakenly uploaded the wrong image, and support staff informed me of the error right away - visa handled quickly and now we're ready to travel!
Best ever. I spent 20 days fighting with CKGS which is the visa partner of India it was the worst experience of my life which culminated with my heading to the Indian consulate and crying to get my passport back due to the incessant delays and lousy service of CKGS

I submitted a clipped passport photo. After i submitted a good photo the visa was issued in about 29 hours. Excellent service.

I had paid for urgent visa which cost extra and i was panicking at airport becuase i almost missed my flight because they made me wait 6 hours till after they picked up my phone and i had to tell them i still not recived my visa which i paid an RUSH fee for they said ok we send you now. They took the money but didnt anwnser my calls been trying to get hold of them for hours.

Last time it all went smoothly and I received my visa in 12 hours. This time the experience was frustratingly slow. It was very difficult to get in touch with customer service. It took them more than 3 days to answer my first question, and then another 3-4 days to answer the next one.. No one ever answered in the chat.
