Almost immediate feedback on what was still needed - and being taken straight to that part with no navigation needed. It would have helped to know from the outset that Flight Numbers are required...I was thinking it's necessary to have a visa before booking... So I needed to book while doing the visa app... This all still worked out in the end - "A Big Thank You All!"
The IVisa website is much easier to navigate than the website of the different countries we are visiting. I have a family member who applied for a visa directly and ended up with one that expires before our trip is over. IVisa did not submit our application until the date was such that we would have adequate time on our visa at the time of our departure. That issue alone is worth its weight in gold.
