The process was very clear and easy. Although there are a lot of questions, I went through the process quickly and without any hickups. My application was for my family of 5 people and took less than an hour to complete and got approved within a few days. You can take your own pictures during the process, just make sure both ears are visible, no smiles with teeth, no distractions in background. Same rules as for passport pictures apply. Fast, secure. Once you've gone through the process and understand all the requirements for your country visiting, the second time through is a snap. First time (5 months ago) for a more complicated itinerary to East Africa, took a lot of extra time and some of the questions asked were surprising, but the I-visa team were very patient to work through all those details over a 10 day period.
