It was a good experience. The only complaint was that it took much longer days than was promised.
I just want to know why iVisa has charged exorbitabtly foe Malaysia visa fee. I see that the visa fee is only INR 1000 (only $7USD) but you guys had taken lot of service fee which I'm not happy. Otherwise communication wise I'm okay. You guys are charging so much. Please try to keep nominal or reasonable so more customer will avail your services.
Very fast response time for regular and problem issues, all done online in time and correctly.
A very poor satisfaction rate as a customer. Visa was logged prior to visit with all required forms and details. After reverting back for additional documents, the papers were sent in time but the visa granted was late due to which the journey was compromised. After asking for cancellation of the visa (during process) and a refund application, the visa was still processed. The website should inform the applicants in the case of delays due to heavy load of applicants so that the applicant can plan likewise. Extremely poor communication by the agency.
Good experience for apply visa online for Malaysia, it avoids hassles of visiting embassy. Clear information and easier to use the website. Recomended for anyone travelling to Malaysia and needs e-visa / on arrival

The application needs very detailed information. But the online chat staff are very friendly and helpful. Once the material ready, the processing time is very fast. All in all, excellent service.

We tried to get a visa signed available within 24h. Unfortunately it took 3 days and it was too late. Communication is quite taff to get a respone. But all contacts I had where nice and helpfull. It doesn’t work with the visa as fast as promised but we got back the full money. I woul try next time again.
Unreasonable as true amounts were not fully disclosed. Site says visa fee is over 50AUD which was charged and a separate visa processing fee was charged. But the visa document claims it is only 7AUD

Believe me this was the "fastest" Visa application and approval received. I've been traveling overseas on business visits since 1984 and Visa application has always been difficult or time consuming and iVisa team has nailed it.
I am confused to give this rating becouse they way of applying visa is good and another thing is you can send documents what is needed by email bad thing is very tough to get in touch by call chat and email not consistency for time its other thing if they have short staff or system problems etc. other thing is they was need the documents what when i was emailed everything they was keep asking me and everything was emailed around 3 times and it was saying to approve or process in about 1 hour took way more longer and i was paid extra about 81$ for rush visa and i didnt got it and when I talked to customer service they said they will return my money so if i got my money wake then it putt different image on whole this thing becouse it will look very fair and genuine process with future reference of ivisa thanks
I was very impressed with how quickly I got responded after submitting my application. I was asked for 3 months bank statements however, and this requirement was not presented on the website as far as I could see. I am not sure whether this is a routin check for tourist visa... it would be nice if this requirement were listed on the website. At the end I did receive my visa so the overall experience was ok.

Please improve the photo upload process. If you need the documents to be of any specific size, specify the minimum dimensions in pixel or A4 size, similarly if u need jpeg or gif or pdf. The generic error is not user friendly. Apart from that, simple process atleast for Malaysia and good service. Thank you.

I am simply appalled by your website and service. For the amount of money you have taken as service fee, your visa management and customer service is abysmal. It has taken you 8 days to facilitate a visa that is supposed to take 4 days. You have no facility for visa without invitation letter and have no clue on the issues that can crop up because of it. I completely regret not going to OSC and organizing my visa like I did on my last trip. I have had a totally rotten experience and will definitely not recommend this service to anybody. If there was a way to give you negative stars, I would do so!!!

I used the government website to obtain my visa. my application was rejected and just wasted money. Applied via iVisa and my documents were handled within a short time duration and received the visa within three days.

I received the visa in about 40 hrs from the submission of application. Hence, the acknowledgment mail stating I will receive the visa within 24 hours prompted me to enquire the status which would not have been necessary if the timeline specified is more realistic. The uploading of documents and photos took time as it kept mentioning "the file size is too small". A specific file size, if mentioned, would be better.
I got my visa in less than 24 hour of submitting the application to visa.
My visa application was initially 'rejected' although my husband's wasn't! We checked with the Malaysian embassy in Delhi and were told that there was an error in submission. We contacted iVisa and told them that since all my documents had been submitted to them, the error must be on their part. Fortunately, iVisa immediately started the process of re-submitting my application after rectifying the error. I am happy to let you know that it took the Malaysian government just two days ( that is, if you count the weekend) to grant me my visa. Malaysia, here I come. Thank you, iVisa.
Overall good, I face some difficulties in uploading the pictures. Further, it would be good if the team can ask the bank statements and birth certificates in the application itself to avoid delays

I apploed for my colleague visa for $31 and applied here for $130 He got visa before me. This shows me i just wasted $100 for nothing but poor support saying it is submitted to government.
I am very much satisfied the way my visa processing was handled. Even when there was an issue with my basic mandatory requirements, the visa department officials were more than willing to help and guided me to sort the issues out and approved my visa.
