The Experience was bitter and we were constantly following up with your team in getting the visa approved. The rejected visa was approved by another agent in 4 hrs and when we contacted the embassy for reason of rejection, they appraised that ivisa team did not submit documents in order and hence there was delay in issuing the visa processing.
It was a great experience....I was kept posted on the updates regularly. One thing I suggest is, if you could give a call when additional information is required and not just send an email. At least when the required document is not submitted even after 24hours.
The iVisa Team was excellent in the way they handled my visa application procedure. Their swift action made it possible for me to get the Visa within a week, once they had all the required documents. However, please bear in mind that if there are any delays, it is because of the Malaysian government authorities. It is recommended to keep checking with the iVisa team so that they may reconfirm with Malaysian Immigration Authorities that everything is in order and the E-Visa is received in a timely manner. Overall it was a great experience and the team deserve good recognition for their efforts. A big thank you to everyone at the iVisa team!
Excellent services for Malaysia tourist visa processing system. Hope to get enjoyable visit in Kuala Lumpur and suburb. I booked a hotel in the centre of the Kuala Lumpur main city - Oakwood Hotel & Residence feel like 5***** hotel with superb facilities and amenities. Excellent buffet breakfast, excellent service staff. I recommend this hotel to be the best in price and facilities for the interested travellers. Location will suit to anybody at a walkable distance from the twin tower.
customer care at ivisa was very supportive but i feel they need bit of more training and also overall processing was slow and information regarding documents submission was not updated to me on timely manner,for instance i was called to embassy for interview and the email sent my ivisa was not clear enough.Also they did not mention i need to take self attested copies of all the documents during interview hence i had to run out to get all copies post interview at embassy. i would recommend people to go through official website of malaysia immigration because it will take you same time to get visa and all information is specified there and you will save same some cash which you can spend on your vacation instead paying ivisa. Worst service ever. They charged 4 times the fees of visa. And do not even understand what is return ticket.

I had submitted my application on 24/4/19 at 11am and selected the 24Hrs package. It's means that i should obtain my visa on 25/04/19 at noon time but unfortunately i'm not received any email. So i'm seeking assistance thru live chat and only being informed that i have missing information so immediately give the required information. Why only being informed after i follow up my application? Then i ask the support that can i obtain my visa by today but i had been told might need another 24 hrs for approval. i started feels frustrated because i might not able to fly by next day and flight ticket will be burst. Luckily at last i manage to obtain my visa. Thanks to God. What im trying to say is this type of matter should not happen as already stated clearly that if there is any missing info will be alerted thru email not until during follow up.

No updates received on delay of my visa status. Though I applied for rush fee and delay at GOVT, Customer should get details for delay. I have to call every time to know that updates.

Good experience. Initially was nervous whether the portal was genuine or not. The list of required documents for Malaysia eNtri such as passport last page and hotel booking / invitation letter could've been expressly indicated at start of the process, to avoid the hassle of making hotel bookings in a rush!

recently applied for 3 visa together for malaysia. apparently my mothers visa application required Trvellers cheque with bank chop. Travellers cheques have been long abolished and ivisa agent insist govt of malaysia wants it despite me furnishing all funds availibilty etc. The agent Genalyn Ngo was in fact utterly rude and was no help at all. Furthermore, i was not promptly advised via email on the updates and required docs by ivisa. i ended up cancelling the application and am waiting for my refund

Honestly it is really costly..it should be as per market price. Actually visa cost 1000 Rs only. While I paid 6076.64 Rs. It's more than 6 times of actual visa cost..ok i am agree, for visa cost will be more than actual because it includes your fees. But how much..from this money you can make 6 people visa. Really I'm embarrassed to see such big difference. Please think over this. Is it right to take 6 times money for tourist visa...
