It took much longer than I expected. Also I had submitted all the documents related to travel and hotel stay. Inspite of that some unrelated documents were asked eg, Raod entry proof was asked when I was supposed to enter by flight & already uploaded flight ticket. The support team was excellent (5* for them)

My experiences r known to the people in iVisa. They have technical mistake for which the customer has to bear their service charges. There r many easier ways to apply for visa than iVisa.
No updates received and charged for rush processing finally had to cancel the travel plans despite multiple chasers no updates received.
Overall good experience. It tooks a total 7 days to get my eVisa that generally supposes to get within 3 days. I sent my bank statement 2 times, till now I am not sure why.

I would say, there is big scope for improvement for iVisa Team at their bottom line (operators who work with the tickets / Visa applications) for improving the customer experience. As in my case, the web site processed the payment during my application process but, then got stuck at there and the ivisa system did not allow me to complete my application process for step 3! Secondly, all requirements from the applicants should have been requested in your web or at least in your first email immediately after your first assessment instead of sending number of back & forth emails asking this & that! A Visa application processed / handled by number of operators as one by one, was that just created almost 90% of the issues!
