Very good and quick service. I really appreciate it. And for sure recommended to others to contact with them if they want any imfomation or visa application.
2 main reasons: 1) There was no requirement to upload a 'covering letter' in the Ivisa webiste or in the application upload area, and thus it was not uploaded and a visa got rejected. Very disappointed, cause we trusted the Ivisa website would know what is needed to apply for a visa. 2) When we re applied, the ivisa application was not helpful. We had to constantly inquire from the ivisa whether the visa application was submitted. And after 7 days, they had still not submitted the application. Since we were in a hurry to get the visa we requested it to be cancelled and submitted it on our own. In addition, they had charged $35 for application processing, and refunded only the rest. We are still waiting for the refund and as for the reason as to why we were charged when they actually didn't do any processing.
The process is very easy and fast. As promised we got the visa on time! Thanks :)

I paid more money (more than 100$) for 1 hour super express visa as i wanted it super urgent basis and kept waiting at the airport counter..but 2 hours of waiting and i had to MISS my flight coz visa didnt cone through. i called the US hotline number as well and held for almost 15 min awaiting any answer. All i got was “it will happen in another hour” and a delayed process mail saying there was too much traffic online so my visa got delayed. And yes the “super urgent 1 hour express delivery” happened after more than 2.5 hours

I'm glad that my boyfriend was eventually granted with visa. However, we paid and stressed out more than expected. While applying for visa, we weren't aware of essential requirements that are hidden at the website, so we needed to switch the visa type by paying extra money and provide some additional information. The support team was confusing us with different instructions (and bad English). But thanks god, they were regularly in touch and finally proceeded the visa!
I have applied for Malaysian e-visa from this website! First I thought it’s scam site but that was my wrong thinking! They customer managers are online 24/7 so anyone can ask anything about any country visa! I got my e-visa in less then 3 days! Impressive and excellent service! I will never use your services again. They asked me for the same thing over and over-failing to understanding causing me a lot of frustration and wasting my time! The process was slow. The information they were asking for was very slow, individually asking for documents instead of asking at one time. wastes my time and their. However, ivisa is helpful.
Pretty good, but asked for alot of supporting documents. Can only contact them through email and online chat, but they don’t respond immediately. So your either waiting for them or you forget about it and dont check your email the next day

The services was very efficient and so does support staff. Only one suggestion, When people like us are applying as EXPATRIATE, iVisa must have mandatory column to upload following documents : a. Proof of Address of country of origin and b. Country of Residence VISA. It will make much easier for customer to have all information handy while applying for visa and also it won't delay VISA process time, especially when there is less for travelling. Regards

Dear Applicants, I request you to personally cross-check each and every detail on your visa and once you receive it. I have been applying visas through them and they make the silliest mistakes and we travelers are denied immigration at airports. Such disappointments and losses. I applied for a Malaysian visa and the processing team entered the DOB incorrectly. I was stopped at the airport and couldn't travel. My complete itinerary was a waste and I lost USD240 of my round trip ticket. When requested them to reprocess my visa at the earliest, they me send me an email on the 21ST OCT with an embassy appointment for 20TH OCT. How stupid is this I can't even comment. After realizing I can no longer travel and I've missed my trip, when I claimed my refunds they say we can't refund our processing fee and we are not responsible for your itinerary loss. On what basis is iVisa.com charging me a visa processing fee when they processed an invalid visa?? My trip and my plans were a complete fail! Who is responsible for my ticket loss? My visa fee loss? iVisa.com, please be aware that there are hundreds of agents processing visas, I've been using your services for more than 3 years; if you can't provide quality customer service you're eventually losing the trust you've built up over these years

Horrible. Because of iVisa I lost almost INR 25000 to INR 30000, since iVisa could not read my documents and understand my entry and exit dates to Malaysia. I applied for single entry on 12th Nov 2019 and exit on 13 Nov 2019. I applied for entri visa on 10th Nov 2019 from Medan for entry into malaysia on 12 th nov 2019 and exit to India on 13th Nov 2019. My tickets will prove this.

The chat service was helpful, The customer service people were supportive. The email service from Ivisa was not too great. It took 6 days for the visa to be processed, something that takes 24 hours.
