Hi There, Not for criticism, but to help improve your system, I would make a couple of suggestions. I am a Canadian citizen and want to visit Malaysia. When I checked the visa requirements for Canadian citizens, I probably opened iVisa website which claimed that passengers will not have to stand in que and do the paper work. I thought that visa was necessary for Canadians. So I paid the fee and submitted an application. But what I was surprised to see that the visa issue time was almost after my flight departure. Later on I discovered that Canadians dont require visa to enter and stay in Malaysia for 90 days. This is where I got upset because ivisa system should have alerted in the first place that Canadians dont require visa. Secondly, the process seems very slow. Because I had applied at least three days ago and the system was still showing the first stage while the major step which was government verification was still showing pending even a day before the flight. I panicked and stared submitting complaints, sending emails. Then I started receiving apology emails. But ultimately they immediately issued the visa a day before the flight. I am sorry as I sent a little strong email, but as I said I wanted to ensure that visa is issued before much time to avoid last minute surprises. At the end I will thanks the staff who took the matter up on priority and processed the visa immediately.
Only complaint was that could not edit input after inputting it. My NAM was initially not spelled correctly
I liked how everything was straightforward especially with anything regarding the documents that were uploaded. There were also templates that provided an understanding of how to draft my cover letter. Thank you very much.

It was such an easy process to follow with everything working so smothly
It was generally easy to navigate and complete. However assessing the final file was less easy. Not sure if this happened to application via smartphone. Luckily the accompanying email contain the relevant information plus the PNR. This may not be an issue if applied via computer.
I appreciated the readiness to understand my situation, and speed in solving the problem, the interaction through chat was positive, and guided me in the steps to solve the issue
Very easy todo and while I did my application early it was held till the right day.

It was very easy to apply for entrance to Malasia using iVisa. Once our information was given we didn't have to worry and electronic passes arrived promptly intime for travel. Reasonably priced also.
I'd prefer it if there were exact time on when the visa-application decision was expected, perhaps to the near quarter day relative to GMT: midnight to 6 am ....., 6 am-12 noon....., 12 noon - 6 pm....; and 6 pm to 12 midnight. Thanks

Mostly easy to navigate and input information. The one issue was finding Kuala Lumpur city - it seems like over 100 cities listed in drop down menu before KL and not really in order that made sense.
Nice staff, prompt answer. But we paid a lot for a free normal Arrival Card to Malaysia.

Easy to Deal with,took all the hassle out of things. The only thing they don't do when you first apply is tell you that that your entry card will not be issued until 3days before arrival date,it would save a lot of worry if they did,appart from that all good
Very easy process, just have your travel details and passport with you when you fill out the application for visa.
Easy to use, however does not allow a group/family application in which members of group/family hold differrent nationalities/passports
I hope you can improve on below: 1) When fill the form of hotel/residence address, we fill words that is good. 2) However, when the column of "state" and " city", it becomes we have to choose from so many different names that all are not familiar for a foreigner. I think it should be like hotel/residence address that just filled by the applicant. As if applicant book a hotel, he has address information easily. But if asking " state" or " city", its hard for a foreigner to know the answe. So, I suggest even can delete " state" or " city" which is not really necessary. To have full information of hotel/residence should be enough. Also, ZIP code is not necessary in my opinion. Thanks.

I was having trouble using the Malaysian application for a MDAC. I looked at the firms that were advertising and I saw iVISA and I liked their experience so I gave them a try. They were very helpful and within 15 minutes or so the MDAC was on the way to me. Good job done. The price was reasonable.
