I did not require the visa. This was not picked up. Was filling in "arrival form". Will seek recovery of fees paid. More importantly, if my recollections are right, the birthday segment require many clicks back. For someone born in 1955, you have to go back well over 60 years x 12 months clicking to fill in the birth year, month and day. I filled a number of forms that required an inordinate number of clicks for that. I think the ivisa form has the same set up.
Since I dont need a Visa, they charged me 2.600.000 Vietnamese money for a Immigration card which nobody wanted to see in Malaysia.

Very easy system to use but the cost of the MDAC was excessive.
It was complicated to use and what could be wrong was done that way. For example: why did you use a fake email address? Why did you give my mobile number as 31? My mobile isn't from Holland. I had to correct the info on the application for place of birth, which is clearly stated in my passport. If I had to do it all again I would certainly reconsider using iVisa. I was paying a service charge to correct your mistakes.
Easy to use, but some functions might be difficult for people to use, who have no digital experience. Should be more straight forward.

I've had problems filling in documentation. I could not understand why as I had no problems with the Singapore documents which seem almost identical. With regards logging into my account, when trying to download the documents, only mine and not my wife's could be downloaded. Good thing they were attached to your acceptance email. I am still unsure whether or not I have all necessary documentation. Overall a very stressful experience.

For the unwary this is a superfluous and very expensive service, about 250 times more expensive. Having gone for the 30 minute rush job, we walked to the Immigration barrier only to find that tourists were filling out the forms on computers in real time, most didn’t pay and were through as soon as they had submitted their forms.
I am so satisfied with them, they responded quickly to any questions I might have had. I am grateful, whenever I require a Visa I will contact them!!!
requested my iVisa earlier than normal due to bank holidays and was a bit nervous not getting it on time. Everything is fine, but there is 1 problem. We are from germany and enjoy a Tour through SEA. Our current destination is Indonesia. So your Website identificated my payment as IDR and it is not possible to change the currency in Euro, which is the reason, that i have to pay an extra fee on my account for the currency change
