I like the fast deliver of the visa. But I dont get the payment paper. I've payed 50$ without any paper of payment. That is no good

It was easy and quick to apply. The only problem I had was that the instructions to apply at least 3 days before arrival was inconvenient and unnecessary because the Visa would only be issued a day before departure (even in an overnight flight).

This is first time travel to Malaysia and very good support I received.
The only comment that I have is that the number of counters for arriving passengers do not meet the growing number of the visitors, in future the Airport authority should seriously think of adding more counters the enhance the smooth inflow of visitors.

3 days beforehand is too little when leaving on a Sunday.. 4 or 5 would be better The website needs improvement ( is it open 24 hours) We had quick responses and issue of arrival card once we achieved documentation
Everything possible. You kept on asking me to upload same set of documents and repeatedly kept asking for it again and again. Again and again kept asking for my valid visa in Hong Kong when this is one of the first document I was asked to submit. Then you confirmed saying all visas ok, but had attached my son's visa. When I asked for a copy of mine, said Goverment is still processing. But all others are on my sponsor visa. So this is not possible, but you messed it up. I will officially complaint to Malaysian Government on how you are discouraging visitors to their country, will take the liberty to share my feedback in every channel, forum possible and I will alao ensure I go through a travel agent if I see you handling any of my requests in future. I did ask for an escalation contact to connect, this was never provided either. Hence, I have no other option. WORST EVERY SYSTEM, SERVICE ANYBODY COULD HAVE. It's a shame to the industry.
Liked - the online application opportunity - uploading documents was easy - saving and exiting was easy - returning to my application was easy Could improve - did not see necessity of uploading a separate bank statement for my wife who will be travelling with me, and be fully financially dependent on me - did not see necessity of uploading a separate accommodation booking for my wife billing when we will share the same room - there was no opportunity to do a final check before submission

This is a scam, I applied for the visa myslef, as no one from Ivisa responded to my request or messages.
Would have been good to be advised prior to payment that Australians do not require a visa before entry if they are visiting for 90 days or less as a tourist.
iVisa is a SCAMMER. When arriving at the Penang, Malaysia international airport, a sign at the gate is stating that all foreign travelers will need to obtain a Digital ID. A QR code was provided and asked travelers to scan and complete their application online. My application can not be submitted unless I paid the processing fee of $106 USD per person. I found out later when I got to my hotel that my friend whose was traveling with me did not paid for his Digital ID. In my case, I got SCAMMED by iVisa for running at the background and making me believe that I MUST paid the Malaysia’s Immigration Authorities.
The visa was not needed. The website was very confuse about who need to apply and we filled up all the questions about the travel details and it still didn't care to inform that conexion flight didn't required visa. We end up wasting our money. Of course no refund is provide! This was a fraudulent action !!!
The first thing of a shock is the steep charge in obtaining the digital arrival card, compared to the fee several years ago. Hence the no refund rule if a mistake is done, and the likelihood of paying that amount again if we reapply. Oddly enough when the cards were sent to my wife and I, we found the company has entered the City wrongly. But contacting you guy have that error sorted out very promptly. That's very pleasing getting that fixed and the new cards were promptly dispatched to us.

I applied for a 90 day visa to Malaysia as a Thai passport holder, I am to take part in the Sail Malaysia Rally. Instead I am sold a MDAC which is free and easily obtained online. I feel that I have been cheated.
