I was supposed to get my visa in 30 min and it took 6 hours even though I applied for a super rush processing. While waiting I applied for it on New Zealand’s government website and got t faster. A complete waste of money.
I payed the visa to be received in 24h and I received after 2 weeks. Not really a good service

I was in a rush to get NEw Zealand visas because of the new change to visa requirement for USA passports that was made after I bought my ticket. Advertised it would be done in 30 minutes and payed extra. My wife wasn’t done and when she applied directly through the NZ website it was done in 10 minutes at 3rd of the cost.

Only question was if the final paper in the email was our actual visa paper we would need to use in traveling or if a more formal visa would be coming. You might want to state that the email was the visa and no further paper would be coming.

Just one technical concern...after entering all my info on the application, I wasn’t able to complete it with a password. I had to receive another email to reset my password and then continue. Otherwise, your website was pretty easy.
They were fast and communicative. For the expense, they did a pretty good job. I just feel it is not worth the extra expense when applying for New Zealand or Australia. I didn't appreciate the fact that they seemed to be so official when in fact they are simply a handler for dealing directly with the government, and Google searches came up with them FIRST instead of the actual government link. For me, it would have been a LOT cheaper to have gone through the government site instead of them. Really wish I had known that ahead of time. I realize I am to blame for that in part, but just my gripe with them and the Google results.
The service was quick, I received the NZeTA approval within one day. I am unhappy with the letter I downloaded because instead of a link to referenced websites the whole https:// address in printed, making a very sloppy letter. There is no letterhead on the letter and that worries me a bit. Is it possible to be sent another letter with letterhead? Thanks
