It is extremely difficult and aggravating/frustrating to try and do this on your own. I tried so many times I was to the point of pulling my hair out!! Being able to turn this over to someone who knows what needs to be done, who keeps a record so that you can reuse it in other Visa requests, is a real time saver. Thank you for this service!!!!!
I applied for myself and my wife,for the ETA for NZ at a cost which was very expensive, $78 each and it took 3 days to process, compared to when our son applied for his ETA yesterday, it was processed immediately after submitting his form at a total cost of $52 through the NZ ETA app
My wife and daughter went through the official NZ visitor visa ETA process. I paid $50 extra to use your service. My wife and daughter had their visas processed on Thursday in less than 6 hours. I had paid an extra $50 to ensure that my visa would be processed within 24 hours yet my visa was not issued till Saturday - at 48 hours and many times longer than it took for my wife and daughter who paid $50 let's. I feel that you did not fulfill your promise to process my visa within 24 hours and I feel as if I wasted the extra money I paid to use your service. I feel you should refund the extra $50 I paid to use your service.

Everything was fine except for uploading passport which was my fault. They were very patient with me, and I finally got it.
Straight forward flow that guided three US citizens through the process and identified issues and promptly asked for corrections. Woah to Go in about 24 hours.

The forms were easy to fill out. I wasn't clear about how I was being charged, though. I understood, up front, that I would be charged $33 for the application/form. I didn't understand that I would be responsible for paying an additional processing fee ($50), so was surprised that I really needed to pay $80+ altogether. It would have been more clear if I had been given the choice at the beginning to pay $80+ ($33 for the "visa" and $50 for processing) OR $120+ ($33 for the visa and $90 for the rush processing,) etc. Obviously, it's not a deal-breaker, I just feel like my expectations weren't set well by the site interaction. Once my application was submitted, the communication of receipt and completion was excellent. And I appreciate you asking for a review.

Very responsive. Online applications for NZ visa were confusing and time consuming. Using Ivisa made it MUCH SIMPLER. And the help line was available le even on sunday at 8 pm...remarkable. Would use them for any VISA issues whatsoever

Your company put me through hell! I sent photo after photo after photo. Your guidelines on what you want for photos were worthless! You would not even take professional passport photos we paid to have taken. You caused me hours and hours of computer work, and several sleepless nights worrying about it. Half the time your communications sounded like they came from robots, when you were not specific about what was wrong with my photos. I ended up having to take 40 or 50 photos before we got 2 that you liked. Don't blame it on govt. regulations. If you had been specific with me at the beginning you could have saved me tremendous time. Most of your agents just sent me the canned requirements in your instructions, which made me think you had a robot generating email. P.S. There's no way I'm sending you a photo to put on this review. HAH!

The web site is clear, concise and simple. I accidentally submitted my first application with a scan of an expired passport. Twelve minutes later, I received an email indicating my error with a window to submit the correction. Twenty minutes later, the corrected application was approved. Easy-peasy

Literally learned Mom needed a VISA to visit New Zealand as a US citizen less than 24hrs prior to departure. The NZ ETA website kept declining payment and would only allow travel dates beginning 4 days out. Stumbled upon iVISA who saved the day!!!!
