It was nice to be able to do this at home. Only problem was getting the photos right. It was great getting the documents in our email.
You stuck with me when i had trouble taking my picture! Everything was well explained, and the process was easy.
The site is misleading and does not clearly display the fees for this service. The fees are double the amount of the government site.
Please refund the ivisa charge. I should have only had to pay $40 for the ETA.
It was not easy to get the photos correctly and I was not happy with the $74 charge to conduct business.

I had paid extra for a 6 hr response time for the VIsa and it took 48 hours. IVisa said it was the NZ gov't that delayed but they should say that in the website. I thought it was guaranteed to have it in 6 hrs...
Easy to use, respond and approval within time scale. This de stresses the things to think about on such a big holiday.

An easy way to get your ETA to New Zealand. A simple application online and no more than 3 days later you have what you need! I’m not sure if I could have gotten them cheaper, but for under $100 it was worth the ease of it!

The APP was pretty easy to navigate and easy to complete. Response for approval was very quick. However we thought it was very expensive, not sure why it had to be so expensive as Australia's E-visa was reasonably priced.
It was an easy process to obtain. My only criticism is that everything costs more for Canadians.
Information entry was easy and clear except for the photo upload which was extremely difficult!

Trying to apply for an Australian visa online on my own has been a most unpleasant experience. They made it very difficult and user unfriendly. The ivisa online process is simple and user friendly, for sure.
The experience went smooth because the directions were easy & there was online help with the website, in case you got stuck & needed assistance with the application.
Ivisa solved a big problem for us. The government websites of both New Zealand and Australia were frustrating and time consuming. iVisa did the necessary work quickly and effectively. Even when we had to take our photos again, iVisa made the work fast and easy.

1. Getting iVisa: Recently I got the iVisa for Australia through the web. It was a convenient and cheaper solution to get iVisa. However your one seems to be little bit complicated and expensive solution, even required more time.
Efficient process that was easy to navigate online. Quick turnaround on photo acceptance.
Easy to use. If you make an error the data bases are easy to edit. Looking forward to visiting NZ.
I found difficulty in uploading the photograph as a not very tech savvy person. Once the application was on its way, I would like to have spoken to a real person with my questions. It felt as though I was in contact with a machine.
It was not easy to print the VISA’s. It worked with the APP but we tried the PDF first and got nowhere. We are in our 70’s and not well versed in the IT world. Just give us something to print and be done with it!
We were kept updated with the process. The Visas arrived as expected.

Process took much longer than initially suggested, weeks instead of the 24 hours claimed, and without any updates unless called to inquire.
Not be able to print the Visa, with many attempts until we paid the $6.95 for each. You should just included it in the price.

It took over 3 days before we received 1 of our NZeTA. Just less than 24 hours before our flight to Auckland. During the 3 days wait, nobody from iVisa is able to help us. All they did was check the status of the application and wait. We felt iVisa didn’t care if we miss our flight and ruin our very long vacation. I was not able to sleep well in those over 3 days of waiting. We needed to call the NZ immigration and asked them to expedite our application since our flight is in less than 24 hours.
This experience was straightforward and simple to do to bet the ETA VISA for New Zealand. I appreciated all the follow-up and encouragement until it was fully approved. Thank you!
