The process is easy. The only problem is when you try to chat with them or use WhatsApp, they keep saying that they don't recognize the e mail. This is the very same e mail address that they use to send all notifications. You guys need to look into it and seek higher levels of customer satisfaction. It will help. The cost was much higher than the $37.00 per person that was stated on the website. On the plus side you were very quick to let us that we needed to correct our photos (we forgot about our glasses and the white background). You did an excellent job keeping us informed of the status of our NZeTA

The iVisa process kept me updated by email This allowed me to understand the timeliness of the accepted visa for New Zealand. Taking a photo for the visa was a little challenging; however, with a little help I was able to upload the photo.
Very fast and easy to apply only takes minutes. Make sure you have your passport and a good photo.
24/7 correspondence is great. But, when someone is having a problem with the photo for instance, sending them the same email is not helpful. Your team was polite. Your photo directions are not user friendly. 3 women applying for NZ visa, only 1 got it correct the first time.

The eTA did not come through in time… I missed my flight. The cost was huge too. In desperation to speed up process I also applied again but this time through the New Zealand website and it only cost me $50 not $300!
Your company is a scam. You charge me more money in service fees than it costs for the 2 visas we applied for. I tried to contact you to cancel the order but the visas were already approved within 19 minutes. We could have completed this process on our own without your $123 in service fees.
After finding out we needed a visa to go to New Zealand. I went to the NZ web for visas. Found that I could never get my face in thier picture box. Then found ivisa. Paid more but they delivered our visa on time and will now have a very good trip with friends.

You rip off people who forget (my case) or don’t know that they can easily use the government site to apply for a travel document for five times less money. Besides you claim that an ETA will be approved within 24 hours. My friend who used the government site at the same time received her ETA within 10 minutes. My ETA was approved after 36 hours. I had to call NZ immigration office to explain the situation. And I paid five times more money to you. I’m in shock. Will tell everyone about my experience.
This is not the best app to use for travel to New Zealand. I was charged an exorbitant amount. Make sure you always download the correct app and don’t end up with the charges I did.

It was expedited on the same day. We were unaware of the need for a visa prior to boarding. This is a change from the past and no airline mentioned this.

Look, they are more expensive than going through the government of the country that you are traveling to so if you have plenty of time do that BUT I didn’t realize I needed a visa to New Zealand until two days before my flight. The regular route to get a visa wasn’t going to happen and they told me too bad, you have to cancel trip. These guys got me a visa in 20 minutes!! If you need fast service and want to pay for it. They can deliver.

Why does someone who is transiting through NZ have to pay an entry visa when they are getting a connecting flight and are there for 2 hours? Why is the visa not approved within a few minutes especially given that situation??? We had no idea we needed this visa fromthe airline. There was no one to call to expidite the matter on the spot- and a live chat person who said thank you for your patience- your application is under review- we missed our flight and had to reschedule because it took so long. Now we ar not flying through NZ and do not need the visa. We need a refund

My biggest problem with your service is that I had no idea I needed it until I tried to check in right before our flight. This not only cost us way more than we should have spent if we knew in advance that we needed the service, but it also made us miss our flight, have to rebook a day later and pay for a hotel room for the night we missed. I’ll be complaining to United about that - they should have made us aware. On top of that, I was deluged with emails from you guys after I was forced to pay way too much money to you for our New Zealand trip. Didn’t really make me feel very good.
