This is a rip off, visa still not approved 6 weeks later
Very good app but the photo portion of the app is difficult. Also unclear as to the start date: is it departure or arrival?
customer service advertised as 24/7 does not exist, can never access chat, the link sends to email contact. Set numerous emails and requesting to pay for annual membership but told by two people who finally replied that account was closed and could not be reopened, which didn't answer the question I had asked. I gave up and just paid for two more visas extremely bad service.

I received excellent service for the New Zealand visa, however, I haven’t heard anything on whether my Australian visa [redacted] application is completed and pending or what has happened.
Photo was not acceptable but guidelines were instructive and last photo was approved. Form was simple and process was quick.
It was easy to understand the question. I had a friend to support me because he is better ön the English language.
Received note application approved for Australia and New Zealand. New Zealand came with form letter acknowledging approval. Australia did not. When printed pdf documents they looked like a boarding pass and said sample. Others I spoke with said they received a 2 page verification form fro Australia. We did not get that. Could not send you an email so this is my review.
Diabolical that i a returned service veteran and have to pay to come back to my country. Disgusting

Direct visa with each country is time consuming and most sites are not user friendly or require technical assistance. IViss has been simple, quick and easy. Definitely worth their fees.
It was easy to complete except for the picture, but once I figured it out, it was ok. Biggest problem is we kept getting emails that stated we had to complete the application and when I would go to it, I could not see or find anything. Not sure if that is a confirmation on the email end or what but it was confusing
I was being processed by another company and still have not had a approval. The Company said all was in. Use only this company on Visas to New Zealand

It was easy to fill out and everything came out fine. However, when I wanted to apply for the Australia visa, an error occurred and they said to contact support,,and I could not find support.

Our visas were delivered late after paying a super rush fee. Why offer a service if you’re unable to provide it? Would be willing to update as long as I am refunded for services not rendered.

There is nothing to tell me the information is good and Visa is actually coming or correct. I am going to have to go in another direction to be sure I have the visa . Very frustrating to say the least and costly.

I found this process very straight forward, simple, and easy. I would definitely use this again. The only reason I did not give a 5th star is due to the attempt to sell me more things than I felt I needed. Not high-pressure, just subtle.

The user experience was clear right up to the end - the "additional products" listed after entering credit card data was a confusing flow. Other than that, good stuff.
Terrible communication. Total lack of organization on explaining details to obtain a proper photo! It kept getting more frustrating, I finally said I'd attempt to get one professionally done; then, ..after I sent an email asking how to attempt attaching a photo once I get one, I receive an email Congratulating me on completing the process?.. which I've yet to submit a photo for???🤯??
Very easy once you have a non-smiling picture available and a copy of your passport.

Could not use the photo as file size was too small. This was the whole reason I was trying to find a way of doing this online so quite disappointed

Paying extra to get eTA in 4 hours and then not getting it, is a little annoying. The online support is great though.
I was surprised to learn I require a visa to visit NZ as that wasn’t the case last visit. Thank you for the prompt attention after 24 hours I was concerned so tried the online help chat received very prompt response followed shortly after by my visa.
I still await my visa for New Zealand (application made on 23 January 2020
