The official Sri Lanka government sites payment system wasn't working, spent a few days of trying and it still was not working. Went to ivisa.com and within an hour I had my confirmation code. Then I went to the official government site, entered my code under check status and boom its official, I have a visa.

never again. The agency was not aware of the new application formalities due to the corona regulations. I waited 6 weeks for the visa and finally contacted the embassy, immigration authorities, the hotel and ultimately the travel agency, who finally took care of the activation of the visa. the agency didn't manage anything and without my efforts I wouldn't have got the visa until departure. the service is a cheek.
