The form was very easy to complete. We received an email with our Sri Lankan tourist ETA within 24 hours. Hopefully this is all that is required to then obtain a visa when we visit SL in 3 weeks time! The cost for 2 etas was 40 dollars (about £37).
This online visa ad is misleading! They charge me $20 for a visa in Sri Lanka then found out that I don't even need a visa to Sri Lanka!

NMy wife Antoinette was charged US 20 and I was chrged US 50 Also only half visa gets printed
I paid $30 to have my visa emailed to me in 24 hours. It took 3 days and I had to email them to see what was happening with it. Meanwhile I tried to go through another company however couldn’t as my visa was already “approved” though they hadn’t sent it to me or told me that it had been processed. I should really be refunded my money as it took 3 times as long as it should have to receive my visa. Waste of money and lack of communication. Better off going through another .gov site.

An excellent site for getting the visa. Hassle-free and clear guidelines. The only glitch is that it did not allow me to upload my passport though instructions said a scanned copy was required.

I was a little disappointed that I had to contact iVisa via the CHAT portal to ask why my husband's visa for Sri Lanka had been added to the website for download but mine had not. On inquiring I was suddenly told that 'oh yes, we have your documentation now". I suspect that they had both come at the same time and only my husband's was loaded to the website.

For business if you are issuing a 1 - 6month visa , multiple entry instead of double entry would have been ideal - like its done in other countries.
