The process was quick and easy to use. I was surprised at the extraordinary cost of the Visa, well above the standard Government charges. We hope there are no issues with our Visa when we pass through customs.
No option to do 2 or more. I was charged in US dollars for mine, and my husband was charged in CAN dollars. I did both on same device.
A little challenge getting a flat picture of my passport plus light glare was a problem on first photo. Things to be aware of.
Some areas are not very user friendly. Instructions not very clear as to next steps. Seem to be asking to start again or repeat steps again.
Found it tricky working between phone and laptop but the online chat support was excellent and extremely helpful!
THE RESPONSE WAS RELATIVELY FAST ALTHOUGH IT WAS COMPLICATED TO HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS ACCEPTED DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES

Pretty easy to follow and a quick approval response. Some info a bit misleading though, ie it says initially that the approval would be from the date on entry into UK then the final approval shows that it is from the date of application. Bit of lack of consistancy there. Also I think to total actual cost should be shown early on, only the smaller application amount is shown and then later the UK Govt fees are added. Should be a bit more upfront stating that a Govt fee will also be added.

The application was quick and there were no unnecessary questions or information required. it was efficient
It was reasonably good to go through but I was frustrated that the system kept rejecting the photos it was asking for even though I thought I was following the guide.
Found the system clunky - once one had uploaded a document or photo there was not obvious way to return to the previous page. Also the system was overly fussy about image quality, particularly issues related to passport photos issued by our government.
I did not realize that this is not the UK.GOV site. You get charged a very large sum to have your visa completed. It cost over $100.00. When I googled ETA UK This was the first site provided and looked like a government site.
The system is quite easy to use, and the response is quick. The layout is user-friendly. All-in-all, good system
When i was having difficulty retrieving my application to finish it, fhey were very helpful and everything worked perfectly. From then on. I could hardly believe how quickly the application was approved.
Very quick, but the process of taking a photo of sufficient quality was challenging. But very easy to navigate and appreciate how quick it was to get approved!
I wouldn't say loved it. We had 17 pictures done and then you still say you want new photo. Today you asked again for me to do another photo for my Husband.

Forms were clear enough and quite easy to fill. It surprised me that, after completing the application to the point where payment was required, a message appeared that requested “a few more details” which seemed to be essential when I saw what was required.
My grandson handled the technology side of things, but the process was efficient and approval timely.
The App was fairly easy to navigate, had trouble with capturing the individual photos on both mine and my wife’s applications.
I'm sorry, but my experience with trying to fill out the necessary forms was NOT great! For starters, I don't have a cell phone so I had to find someone with not only a cell phone but someone who could follow your instructions on how to get my photo and photo of my passport into your system. The whole process took 2 days! This was because your system kept saying they couldn't read my passport photo and/or my photo was not clear. These were submitted at least 3 times each. The icing on the cake was that, although I paid the fee on 12/16 using my credit card, the system tried to bill me twice! Speaking of this, I found out about the need for this visa from the Travel Section of the Washington Post newspaper that stated the cost should be no more than the U.S. $ equivalent of 10 Brit. pounds! I ended up paying $100+ dollars! I sincerely hope that I don't have to go thru all of this aggravation to travel back to the UK after the 2 years it takes for the visa to expire.
Instructions are unclear as to the format of the photos to send. It should be clear that you need JPEG or PDF. I have an iPhone, and the PNG format that the iPhone uses is apparently not the format you want.
The process would have been smoother if I knew in advance what documentation was required and the format for that.
It was pretty simple and quick. Maybe let people know at the beginning that they will require a photo of their passport as well as a single head shot. Also $184 AUD is not cheap. Especially if you are a having to pay for a family.
I think i pay two time the make me not happy and confuse it close the app and then i make it again but really good I recommend.

I used to travel to UK over the last 20 years and it was so complicated process to get an entry visa to the extent that one time we thought to cancel our trip. Process was simple and prompt. Only drawback is the lack of clarity of the discount option. It made made pay full fare rather risk struggling with unclear option.
I did not apply with a definite date, and have yet to hear if everything is acceptable and if I am actually going to get my visitor's visa to UK
In reality It is very nice for a person to rely on himself to meet his needs

EVERYONE CAME BACK VERY QUICKLY ,I JUST WISH I HAD KNOW THE PCR TEST NUMBER WAS FOR THE ONE I WAS GOINGING TO GET IN ENGLAND,AS I SENT THE INFO FOR THE 48 HOUR TEST I HAD IN BERMUDA ,SO THIS TOOK LONGER TO PROCESS,BUT EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFULL,THANKYOU .
I was generally happy with the process but I felt that some of the questions were not explicit enough.

This is a very long and involved process . The whole travel abroad , covid passport , what colour is a country , what category is a country ..costs of tests ..is frankly a nightmare ! and takes up so much time !!!! The anxiety of getting it wrong is tremendous ....because its such an expense to travel , hotels taxis trains , transits flights etc ...could all be lost if the form is in error !! Its just awful . However , i do understand you're doing what you can ...but honestly the amount you have to read through is staggering and just painful to negotiate .

The responses from the iVisa team were very quick and concise. The structure of the form in some cases was not clear and caused me some confusion, this was cleared by an email response from your team. On my Form submission, I stated that I had received two doses of the Moderna Vaccine in the USA. However, the Passenger Locator Form, stated "No/Not Declared."
The uploading of photoes is easy and the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. There was a problem with the photo. I had requested the extra service or reviewing the passport photo and they very promptly got back to me very clearly and briefly with the problem and how to resolve it. I uploaded the correct photo and everything went through. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that there was a slight communication problem and they sent a message saying that I had sent a blank email. This was flagged immediately and I resent the photo. I am not sure what happended, but when I checked the website and status of my order it said it has been completed. So this was slightly confusing. Overrall a good experience. Thank you
There has been slight delay for the process since I have been charged for less in process time and it took longer !
