Good control of sended photos, a bit triggy but at the end it worked nearly perfect.
It was a great experience but I ended up paying for this visa twice which I felt was unfair as I only paid it in December. I believe there should be a way to roll over the visa to the new passport. Other than costing me 187.00 x 2 the service was fast and efficient.
12€ ETA with 90€ charge for 24 hour delivery (longest time of delivery) is just crazy
Norwegian was not an option and I misunderstood something in the start that cost me approximately 90 £. But the rest was an easy way to fill in ths application
All worked well except for the fussy passport upload which took at least 7 attempts.

An ETA was supposed to cost me 10 pounds. Instead I was charged 109 pounds.
I had some small troubles but nothing worth mentioning, just that another bit of bureaucracy is added to travelling in Europe
The process was not great but it was reasonable,I was just applying for something I didn’t really need for me it’s a short trip home to visit family and what I had applied for was much more detailed.
Document and picture tutorials should be mandatory for first time users before and process is started.

The experience was good, the action was fast, but I admit that I had big doubts...that I chose the wrong path! In the end, everything will probably be ok and the ETA visa I received will be valid when I arrive at the airport!

Im 78 yrs old. Finding the right web site was difficult and I spent nearly an hour doing the wrong one for my visit to see family. Once I found the right path, it was easy even for me.

I wish it was clearer when to take a photo but everything else was easy to use.
The website was easy to navigate and the directions were understandable. The directions were generally easy to follow. The only change I could suggest would be to provide a summary of photos that would be required before asking for the first photo. This would allow the applicant to gather all necessary photos before moving to that section of the application
The site is user-friendly and one can certainly point out its advantages at the beginning, but!!! It should be made clear in the interest of fairness right at the beginning, as a matter of full disclosure, that the service can be obtained directly from the British government for a nominal cost.
I can't say it was great until I actually try to enter the UK. If all goes well, I will rate GREAT.
Only problem is, that I was expecting a cost of 15 British Pounds per person, but was charged more than 100 dollars per person! What did I miss?
First let me say that I have been involved with computers my whole life and most recently with security. In using your web page for the eta I could not find a way to verify you were not some a-hole trying to scam me. Fortunately my wife used the Google download app. And fortunately I made a couple of errors which you responded to for correction - scammer would not have. In conclusion I wish for you to have a verification method for first time users. Thx
The process was generally quick and easy, except for the photo upload. It to16 attempts and five different photos to have the photo accepted. That could have been a glitch on my side of the process.

Response time was great. Submitting the photos was a bit confusing. Since current photos are required, everyone needs to know that all applicants need to be available during the application process.

I was contacted three times before my request was fully accepted! The request was not always easy to understand. It would have been easier to know what documents were necessary before starting to fill the application form. However, the navigation was quite straightforward.
Everything went pretty fast and smooth. Just the price a little bit high but it is what it is :)
There are some small technical details that cost a lot of work (and some extra-money): Going to a forograph-chop to get passport-pictures. Only because I use a scanner, I was easyly able to load up the foto and a picture of my passport - but who owns a scanner privatly?
The web site was easy to access but for 80+ seniors difficult to maneuver the required information. I had to get my graddtr. over to help me take the picture, scan the bar code and download the information. I am sure I am not the only senior that doesn't know how to do that.
It was easy and uncomplicated to get your support. I did it the first time and it worked well.
The only thing that makes no sense to me is the really high fee to get these documents. I am travelling in September, I do not need a rush. The app would only let me pick 4 hours, 24 hours or 48 hours delivery and the expedition fee is unaffordable for the average traveler. I didn't need expedition. There should have been an affordable option for the responsible traveler who booked months in advance.
I had to do tge passport picture twice.I had to do the whole thing 5 times as it went blanc.I will recommend to use a computer but I only had my iPhone.I persevered I finally finished the rushed 4 hrs process as I need to leave tomorrow on an emergency.

For the most part, this was fairly easy and fast. My only recommendation is perhaps at the beginning of the process, before people start, let them know what they will need. ie: Pictures of passports and a photo, so that they are prepared.
I had trouble uploading our passports and pictures. We do wear glasses and all our pictures included them.. but, of course, I could take new conforming pictures! But, not surprisingly you now require US citizens to obtains Visa’s. I am so sorry our political situation has come to this. Eventually, I figured out what was needed. It is easy.
Web site is efficient, but it took four tries at sending passport picture before it was accepted. No reason was given for why the photo was not accepted. Very frustrating.
Overall, the website worked out, but it took me over an hour to track down passports and passport photos, and the prompt to open iVisa on my phone didn't always open easily. Ultimately, it was pretty painless and certainly saved me time to mail in an application...would still need to track down passports and photos. Thanks you.
Very simple form and good instructions. I applied for an ETA for me and my wife. I paid for “rush” for both. I don’t realize as a US and UK citizen that I don’t need an ETA. Can I get a refund for my non processed ETA?
It was easy except the loading of the passport photo. I us ed the camera option first. The one that ‘looked fine’ looked blurred to me even though it wasn’t. So I use the load file option and a photo that looked good to me wasn’t accepted even though I followed the guidelines.
I had to submit pictures several times before they were finally approved.
The only part I found challenging was downloading the picture of my passport and the picture of myself.
Once I managed to get all my information it was straight forward and fast
The requirement for pictures caused me some difficulties before that were accepted. Also Canada does not have Zip codes but fortunately the app accepted no Canadian postal code.
I received a notice that more information was needed but there was no comment I could find that indicated the problem with the information I submitted. I had provided photos and seemingly was asked for photos three times but not with an indication of what, if anything, was wrong with the photos I submitted. A comment would have been helpful and expedited my re-submission and application processing.
Process was pretty simple except for having to produce an almost perfect Passport picture and photo picture. Processing fee seemed extreme. Could have had a lower cost solution as well.

Unclear how to upload using the QR code Didn’t realize the visa would not be a hard copy. But have to trust that the link to the passports is actually there. Assurance that the link is made in a statement is not reassuring when I can’t actually see a document and carry either me.
It was a little bit confusing at the beginning, but I managed to figure out how to proceed.
