It was easy to complete. Prior warning of photos required would have helped. Total cost also.

I am argentine . Is difficult in english lenguage. Everything good. But i had to repeat pictures many times ..... and they were the same !!!!!!

Online instructions were clear including a tutorial on taking a selfie for application. However, taking an acceptable selfie without shadows proved difficult. If you have a passport photo on hand, use that as long as it matches how you look currently. Otherwise, the process was relatively easy and my approval was within two days.
Process is simple except for taking and loading an appropriate photo which is a hassle. Otherwise just bloody expensive.
Fast but really very expensive - I assume the Uk want like having visitors π

It took several phone shots to get the head pictures, and load in the passports. Went through after several tries. Shadows in the picture background was the delay.
The only issue I had was downloading the document. It was solved via chat.
You can translate to your own language. Whats it make easeyer to fill in. And the speed of processing.

It was difficult to get a picture of my passport just right.
Very responsive on the approval of our uk visa ,but the cost was outrageous. We were told it would cost $20 Australian not over $300
Everything went well onky the photo item is difficult many times not ok
The program was easy to use however the expense was much more than expected. We were told by the CAA that the expense would be approximately 10 to 20 GBP. As members of the commonwealth I would have expected to be charged this much for a travel visa.

It was quite simple and very short..no long process with pages of questions.
The process is not too cumbersome but why is this needed in the first place? Why can't I just travel from inside the EU if I have a valid passport as I used to do? And why do I need to pay for this? It looks like the UK isn't very welcoming anymore...
All good a bit of ambiguity on if really required or not especially if not staying in country why pay a fare or visa tax when your not entering the country and only in transit at a border point.

Difficult to move back and forth in case I make a mistake
There were some confusions to upload my picture using a camera on my phone! So I used a captured picture to upload.
Speed of processing With in an hour documents were ready for download. Processing speed is amazing.
Since I couldn't get my ETA for UK on the government site, I had to use this service. It was fairly easy but they are expensive.
I had a little trouble locating the E-visa so that I could download and print it.
It was quite simple to fil in the information but with the photos much more problematic.
Questions were easy to answer. Trying to upload another photo is difficult when you live alone.
Your help support was 5 star. The only reason for the 4 star is I am 72 years old and I found it hard to up load our photos and passports . Thankfully my son was able to assist and we got it finished. I was expecting to attach the file thru email. At this age we are kind of tech challenged. Not your fault but I wouldn't have been able by myself.
After having trouble on line we contacted ivisa and there response was very helpful as they took our information and made sure our application could be verified.

Took a long time - why not telle about photo's in the beginning
It seems there are 2 rates for the visa, our cost is about US$ 120 per person. Others told me that the visa costs much lower. Why do we pay a higher rate?
It was a pretty easy process. I had to break it up, however, because I didn't realize that I needed the passport(s) as well as separate pictures. Otherwise, it was smooth.
Had to get new phone because my Android was on operating 7.0 . Failed 1st attempt because i took picture with glasses on. Lots of steps, site finally approved.
Just the ease of filling out the forms. I had to use both my phone and computer to supply a picture, but that was not too difficult.
Having the help of friends who are more computer savvy than myself. Negotiating the process would have been very difficult for me. My computer skills are limited but most of my friends age group would have difficulty navigating the process as there are many steps and it required uploading photographs. It is a very good website but not user friendly to elderly persons.
