Apart from the fact that I first received a visa on a passport that expires in the middle of my trip to the UK, so I had to do it twice...and pay twice, I was very pleased with a well designed and easy to use website. I was impressed by the speed of the process and made me look forward to the trip. The only shadow on the process is that I did not expect a citizen of the commonwealth (I am Canadian) to need a visa...

Good reactivity after we made an error. I paid for 2 visas but I scanned my documents twice instead of of having Judith Ricard scanned. Help desk received it later ( photo and passport) and they should apply for Judith Ricard We are waiting for the confirmation
The application was easy to complete and there was a step by step guide to finishing off the form including information on how to take the photos and download I missed a couple of things and they phoned me to advise what to do which was really great It was a bit expensive but it was worth it
I got the visa quickly and on time though I think it does cost a little more then I thought it would for some one from the eu

The process was easy but I did get several confusing emails saying the information was incomplete when it wasn’t. I appreciated the timeliness.
Everything was totally terrific except for my experience trying to take and upload my own selfie. I tried multiple times until I got the Good Job tick.
It was a bit hard to take my own picture. My arm seems to be a bit short :-)
Very friendly and helpful agents behind the chat box. My questions were not only answered, but they automatically adjusted my application for me to make the process easier and smoother for me. I also noticed that the agents were cooperating together to help me. I believe that 3 different agents chatted with me throughout the application process.

Improvement of the scanning process is needed as I tried several attempts at providing both a saved file in addition to a real-time scan and, each time, it did not go through.

Easy to apply, not too pricey and fast processing. Should be aware that you need a copy of your passport and a photo w certain specifications before starting the application process
It was very easy to work on line and upload scanned passports. I received the approval in less than a day. What I did not like was the policy that if my application would be not accepted I could lose all the money paid, so I added an additional payment to guarantee I could be refunded. I thought it to be unfair that they might not refund me.
The process is totally automative and intuitive When there was a problem with my application I have been contacted by a human support staff

The official site from UK Government simply did not work. IVISA provided the access to the new British form swiftly and seamlessly... at a price

It was a well guided and quick process but also rather expensive. I have received many emails both during the process and after and I think one could minimize the number of emails as otherwise they will be annoying and end up in the spam folder. - But again, the program is very good and efficient and I shall recommend it to whoever needs assistance in seeking for a visa.

Rita was fantastic. It's systems and not the people. She was patient and professional. The problems were more on our part than yours. The UK website is a disaster. I'm not a great person on the computer being 82 and remember using a rotary dial phone. Taking pictures on a phone is somewhat beyond me. But Rita hung in there and we are successful
Fairly easy to use. Everything was accepted then had to go back and redo due to glares. It was very quick after that. Be sure your download have no glares and is easy to see. If you don’t have pictures on your passport don’t wear them when you take your picture for Visa.
Easy ! Fast ! Picture taking can be tricky! Taking photo of passaport can also prove dificult since it doesn’t open flat !
Initially a bit confused but soon manage to navigate my way through the application
Efficient but took an hour to get my photo accepted. Too sensitive. It even, at first, would not take a copy of my official passport photo. Also, not clear if there is a card for the Visa or just the letter saying it was approved.
It was very easy to use and very quick in getting a UK visa. However, there was no transparency regarding the cost of the visa up front (it was only after all data was entered and I was taken to the payment step that I learned how much it would cost), and the cost was much higher than I thought it should be. This makes me question how much I was charged by the app to use it over what it would have cost if I had gone directly to the UK government.
The Application was easy to complete, and the documents required for proof of ID etc were easily uploaded
The app was easy enough and fairly intuitive. The only cumbersome part was scanning passport and the selfie. Would recommend having an appropriate photo handy.

If one has the proper documents to upload ready, the App is easy to use.
It was very difficult and frustrating to use. Took me 4 x times longer than it should have. I was doing 2 ETA's. 1. Got the wrong picture with the wrong name. And still accepted it. 2. How to move between the 2 people? 3. kept rejecting the passport picture when it really wanted another picture of the person.
The web site was responsive and intuitive. The whole system made it easy for me to get the visas.

It was arranged logically and relatively easy to understand and use. I admit that, at times, I was frustrated with getting my photos (passport and face) to work. But after your team sent them back with a critique I was able to get the photos useful for the visa.
